Do you always aspire Sims (That are not Fortune or got a Career LTW) to achieve the highest Level?
I have cases in my Neighborhood where a Sim is for example I got a Family Sim who is a Nurse. She just got Skills from "living" and is where she is and I think it fits her. The Title as Nurse. I use a mod where I can decide if they get a Promotion if I dont want to but I like it sometimes to keep them stuck on a certain Level for Story/Character Purpose.

Daily Reminder that Chemistry and Attractiveness are two whole different Things. Jamal finds Eva unattractive but Eva finds Jamal highly attractive. If Sim B finds Sim A unattractive, it makes it slightly harder to be succesful with romance.
