After the hour of joy Playtime Co does a hail mary to reclaim the factory establishing a PMC to retake the factory (due to how big it is)

it failed not because the toys are strong (in the game they can literally die to everything pretty much) but because like only 400 people were willing (that is not enough because the size of the complex) while most offered did not take the offer seriously and the forces were forced to disband after a few weeks.

Some minor logical questions I ask while watching people play the game

Why is the place so big?
Why hasn't the place collapsed yet?
Why is there No evacuation exits?
How did the company this huge get away with everything without a single whistleblower?
How were the construction workers who built this place were not suspicious at all?
How much did the building cost?
Would it even pass a basic government inspection?
Why would anyone want to work here is they are treated so poorly?
How the hell did they get the resources to build everything?
How did they get approval for building this?

The more questions I ask the more I think the premise might be a bit hard to suspend disbelief of how illogical this might be
