I don’t know where to get my protein from please help
I am vegan 4 years and I only eat 20-50 grams protein per day and mostly eating fats and sugar to keep going . I don’t want to start eating dairy again to get protein .
But I can’t eat 2 packs of tofu at all and of course not every day .
TVP is nasty I don’t like it
And protein shakes are not sustainable for me I need to hit the 130 grams of protein per day and I can’t .
I’m starting to feeling physically bad to be honest .
Please help me
