Delhi metro now intentionally degrading service of their own card in favour of airtel/sbi cards!!!
Context - I still use dmrc metro card and refuse use Airtel/sbi cards for obvious reasons.
But for last one month I am constantly facing problems in order to able to recharge the dmrc cards .
Whenever I make recharge to my card using apps then top up on machines at metro, they constantly failing on me. And even customer care box refuse to help me in regard of this. They just say " server are down at top up Machine , try tomorrow".
I am wtf how I am supposed to go now , tickets are more expensive in comparison to cards , they constantly try shove airtel cards down my throat. In the end I had no choice but buy tickets online.
Same story today , machine not working, but this time I had friend with me who had sbi card . I took both cards to customer care box . And GUESS WHAT?
Those MFs were able to recharge sbi card but for their own card they again said the same " dmrc card can be recharged only by too up Machine, if they are not working then try tomorrow".!!!!
Where is this nation heading, we getting worst of Americans capitalism without any of its benefits.
Airtel, jio ,etc other corpos ruining every thing and making mono/duopoly then Jacking up prices.
Govt being pussy taking bribes from them and giving up things after things
