It had been over 13.years I went to the beach since my died at 3 because it was her favorite place.

Also, for the pants they from my high school days and now too big. Went from a 3x/4x to a medium shirts and size 10 pants 🤭💪🏾

We are starting to think he does it on purpose. He brings the full 18 wheeler and just sits it there. I already don't get along with him so I can't say anything to him, but it has been too many times where cars have almost collided because someone trying to leave out, while someone else is turning.

At this point, i don't know what to do.

I am a 32 year old female with many conditions that ill just provide a photo with my diagnosis. I'm 5'6 and weigh 180 pounds. I just lost 120 pounds on mounjaro. My main diseases are COPD, bronchiectasis, inappropriate sinus tachycardia, my igE level came back at 3500 last week, frequent sinus infections (just had my 4th sinus surgery in last Nov, tonsils removed in February, disorder of the immune mechanism, and about 20 more conditions.

I do walk at least 5,000-8,000 steps each day. I do wear proper walking shoes. It started on the right foot and now my left pinky toe nail is doing the same. I do have clubbing on my other toes because my nails curve under my toes as they grow. The podiatrist appointment isn't until June 11th. I tried cutting the nail but it hurts so bad.

I talk to my primary doctor about if I need to be on a maintenance dose going forward.
