Hey everyone. My kids already do chores around the house, but do yall switch it by the day. Say my son do dishes and the next day my daughter does them. Or do you just give them same ones everyday.
I remember my mama doing it and she left in same place everyday. Im finding myself also doing what my mom did. They are not to touch any electronics or go outside until their chores are done.
ETA: My son is 13 and my daughter is 9

I live in lower alabama and the mosquitos are TERRIBLE. I need a day and night routine. Are these products okay ? Is there anything I need to add or remove? Ive lost 128 pounds from 300 and been wearing more dresses so they tear me up.
Let me start by saying, that I've been on mounjaro for a year and a half. But I still had to put in the work. I have chronic lung and heart diseases., and never gave up.

My biggest tribute is walking. I starting walking last year just trying it out. I went from walking 2k, to 5k, and can now do 10k-15k. I'm trying to build my muscle up and keep my protein up. And get rid of my arms and stomach loose skim as well. My insurance pays for me a black card membership at Planet Fitness. I'm open to any machine and sets suggestions.

Lastly, I went from 300 pounds to 174. Despite the health issues, I'm truly proud of myself.
