You are worth it! You are good enough! You matter! Your feelings matter! ♥️♥️
Fortunately, Phelps was adopted by a kind young woman who is a licensed veterinary technician specializing in the rescue of special-needs animals. She has been patiently guiding him through physical rehabilitation every day. Although his condition was severe at first, Phelps has made incredible progress, he can now stand on his own for short periods and is growing stronger every day.
Her goal is to help Phelps walk, run, and enjoy life just like any other dog.
This video captures Phelps' adorable rehabilitation sessions using a support harness. Watching him try so hard is both heartbreaking and incredibly heartwarming.❤️
