The average price of land way outside the city limits (outside of citys ring road) is nowhere within the reach of personal/family income of people living in the city. A 30x40 is priced minimum at 4000/sq.ft 10kms outside the city peripheral and around the peripheral its 8k+ sq/ft.

How are these prices even reasonable? Every piece of land is sold out even at these prices while the average income of people working in the city is 55K INR/month. How much of black money is being dumped to park in real estate where it becomes unattinable unless you take a 25 year loan.

I have submitted my application as self employed/freelancer for a tourist visa with bank statement showing more than 150K pounds balance since last 6 months and frequent deposits from my freelance clients but not attached ITR.

I have frequent travel history 7+ countries in the last 2 years, I have attached passport entry exit stamps and e-visas for all these countries.

Just saying time slows down is not an intuitive explanation for us non physics people. Anyway but why do these things happen? Is there anything’s outside of flat space time where cells divide faster? Like speedrun?

Being that are the other theories like shortcut access to differnt part of space time or a time window into past present and future like shown in interstellar and the equation of space time fabric becoming infinite are all just human exaggeration, and fantasy just like we fantasise things about the egyptian pyramid like aliens built them, etc
