Would you count Star Wars Rebels as a Disney XD Original?

Would you count Star Wars Rebels as a Disney XD Original?

I would even though Disney TVA didn't make it, Lucasfilm did, which is owned by Disney, and it has the Disney XD Original logo and copyright at the end of the credits.

If Cartoon Network had Pre School and Live action show's from the start, would they have had higher viewership?

This is one of my biggest what ifs, because I'm curious to see what it would have been like if they perfected these a lot more sooner.

Who Remembers Walk The Prank (2016) on Disney XD?

This show was a hidden camera prank show and Sitcom. I remember watching this as a kid and thought it was very good. I remember watching that lizardman prank on YouTube.

Would you Still count Phineas and Ferb as a Disney Channel Original even though it had the rest of it's run on Disney XD?

I had this in the back of my mind for a while. I know it started off as a Disney Channel show, but it has the Disney XD feel to it because from 2009 onwards, Disney XD started to air it a lot and I know it's still copyrighted by Disney Channel during the end credits but it feels like a XD show.

DreamWorks hasn't had a Box office bomb since Ruby Gillman back in 2023.

Saying DreamWorks is going downhill just because of one movie bomb is a stretch. DreamWorks has always been inconsistent, and that's not a bad thing. They are doing good right now. There is no such thing as a dark age for DreamWorks.

Out of all the movies in the Disney Canon, Dinosaur has to be the darkest and the most unquie.

I say this because this is not only their first CGI movie but because it felt different with the realistic backgrounds. It also had a lot of dark moments they showed characters getting killed brutally.

I think MTV could of promoted Music videos of Victorious and Big Time Rush to promote for Nickelodeon aswell since Paramount Owns MTV.

I know that back in the early 2010s, Nickelodeon had commercial breaks and showed music videos from Victorious and Big Time Rush, but I think it would have been cooler if they showed them on MTV.

Remember when Nickelodeon gave Fred his own TV Show and 3 Movies?

I remember watching these and loving the movies as a kid as well. I remember when Fred guest started on iCarly, and that gave iCarly more viewers and, in turn, gave Fred more subscribers. No wonder Nickelodeon wanted more if fred,I'm glad the first movie got 7.5 million viewers.

The Romance in TMNT 2012 isn't as bad as some people make it out to be.

the romances and ships in 2012 fit in since the turtles are teenagers and teenagers have crushes, so it doesn't really feel out of place if you really think about and it doesn't get in the way of the plot. I don't think the original cartoon or the 2003 show expanded on that.

Why did People hate Chicken Little even though it saved Disney and was a box office success?

I had this question in the back of my mind for a while now. I remember loving this movie as a kid, and everybody at my school thought it was amazing. However, critics and some Disney fans always talk bad about this movie, and I don't get why, I know the animation isn't that great, but it's not bad. I can relate to the story a little since it hits close to home for me. The fact that this movie saved Disney financially after "Treasure Planet" and "Home on The Range" bombed is impressive.

15 years ago,Today "The Fanboy Penguins Power Hour" marathon event was held.

I remember loving this marathon as a kid it was amazing!. It was pairing new episodes of The Penguins of Madagascar and Fanboy and Chum Chum. The event featured episodes like "Saving Pivate Chum Chum" or "Norse Code." These specials were part of a bigger 2010 push by Nickelodeon to showcase their newer animated series alongside established hits. The episodes that were within this period, such as those from March and May 2010, were popular, landing within the top 25 Cable TV ratings with children 2-11.

Would you consider TMNT to be the highest grossing Nickelodeon franchise with $17.4 Billion Dollars besides SpongeBob even though they brought the franchise in 2009?

I'd say yes and no. If you only add money, Nickelodeon made it far less than SpongeBob Franchise, which has grossed 16.8 billion.

This is a serious question, why do most people act surprise that Nickelodeon was always the #1 kids channel with ratings and viewership?

This is one of my biggest gripes because almost everyone downplays how big Nickelodeon was when it was introduced. I mean, they have a lot of milestones, The first 3 Nicktoons won awards, and Rugrats is the only Nicktoon to have a star on the Hollywood walk of fame and had 3 theatrical releases, also holds the record for most viewed Nickelodeon premiere with 11.9 Million Viewers. It was their cashcow before Spongebob. They also peaked there Snick line up and Game shows. CN doesn't even have popular preschool shows or live action shows. Disney has dethroned Nickelodeon a couple of times.

This was the viewership of Disney Channel in the 2010s

This was really impressive and I'm not surprised.

u/stationstars — 8 days ago

these are viewership statistics of cable in the 2010s, Proof That Nickelodeon was still on top for the most part.

I find it funny when some people say Nickelodeon went downhill in 2009, and yet they are still higher than CN. Disney and Nickelodeon have the same demographic.
