Hi there everyone! i want to know where can i get good quality shorts and Bottoms/track pants (mainly those comfortable cotton types) in oman/muscat? I want primarily to wear at home and also occasionally for evening jogging (or gym) and going outside (like to the nearest shop or to throw garbage) or when travelling. Most of my shorts and bottoms are torn/wornout and they've seen WAY better days (meaning they are broken and unusable) and i'm in an emergency. i had a neighbour (back in 2017) who had comfortable cotton shorts (Nike brand) and he said he got it from GO Sports and they were more affordable than expensive places.

so where can i get them? i prefer branded (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, H&M Puma, champions, Fila etc...) or non branded (like those high quality made in india or made in turkey affordable products, not those shitty designed type ) as long as they are high/good quality (not those type that shows cotton fuzz/lint balls after few wear or even first wear) and that they dont break the bank (exception for branded goods). something comfortable and soft and not too tight.

I may have lived in a soceity that knows about intimacy and romance as usual and been in schools where boys have playfully imitate intercourse in a joyful manner, therefore i have an insight about sex and romance and im okay with it (meaning that i know how to perform intimacy). however i dont know it in cultural perspective (especially sri lankan muslim/moor culture/lifestyle/soceity). So i want to know do we have a wedding night culture or not? if so how is it? is it for virginity testing or something desired like those indians who are too excited? what are the customs and etiquettes of wedding night? Do we have consummation in the culture? i dont have any "big brothers" since i'm one of the eldest in my family and all my female cousin sisters were distancing with male relatives and they are also grumpy (not the fun type). Also what are some wedding nights tips and whatever related that’s within our community?

Also what is sex like among Sri Lankan Muslims? How is the sex life among married couples? Is sex only done for procreation (giving birth/ “family planning”) or done for pleasure and satisfaction as well? Is sex a discreet topic among a limited circle or open topic (like among youths). Is it considered disgraceful or highly accepted? Also how often do married couples perform intimacy (sex or “making out” (non penetration)) (like on a monthly basis, weekly basis or daily basis)? Do y’all have sex as a routine (like Americans every day or every weekend) or depends on mood? Are there couples who avoid sex due to fear and impression of Islam and religiousness (like ones who thinks sex is haram because it’s very “western” and “vague” and people are naked and stuff 🙃). Is sex just basic or do yall spice things up (like making things romantic and women wearing lingerie and playing music in the background and rose petals on the bed and using whip cream and all the stuff etc…)? Is it only missionary or multiple positions? Do people do roleplay and hardcore or only the boring/classic sex? How about sex based on different locations (on hotels, tents, kitchen, sofa, car, outdoor and mile high club) (I know this sounds like a troll but it’s not)? How about fetishism like BDSM, foot fetish, torture/leather, ANR? Also how about sex games related pleasures? I assume that there is no threesome, swinging/partner sharing and voyeurism. And how about aftercare? Do married couples discuss their sex life with other married couples (like as in a tea talk or while hanging out)?

Also for those of y’all who are living with your family (parents/ parents in laws, siblings), how do you manage intimacy (especially when they are at home or when there’s visitors and function (including afternoon) ) ? Do yall feel the pressure or stress during the situation or is it like when both of yall are alone at home peacefully without worries? Also how do yall clean up (with the excretions and mess)? Also what happens when the clothes yall wear are dirty (especially during crowded situation)? How about such when doing family planning (conceiving a child)? And for ones with kids, how do yall manage your pleasure when your kids are at home (like on a weekend/holidays or after school)? Do yall compromise during funerals and cultural/religious activities (and what happens when yall get caught; what would yall do)? Do yall use condom or any alternatives (like pull out method)?

I have heard about Lord Mowjood and some references related to him in the 2000s by the eldery relatives but those vibes were long gone and hardly people talk like that afterwards (especially within young generations). But however I happened to rediscover him recently after ages on an Instagram post with a very very old photograph of a vintage/classic car with the caption saying something about lord mowjood. It was on the Instagram page of a user named “Ajmal mowjood” who have a very unique fashion style. I got to know about Ajmal mowjood via a car spotting Instagram site which has a picture of an 80s/90s ish rolls Royce with a garage plate (those red unregistered number plates) which has the name “Ajmal traders” underneath the plate numbers, the post has tagged Ajmal mowjood’s account which gave me time to scroll through his account until I got to see the lord mowjood’s post.

So who is lord mowjood? Who is he and what was he like as a person? What did he do to be a sensation? Also what are some facts about him? And is he a moor?
And who is Ajmal mowjood? What’s his relationship with lord mowjood? Also what’s with his style of clothing and contents? What do they do?

Hi there My friends on reddit! i have had a question for almost a decade and i hardly have had anyone i know live or own and maintain an apartment or condominium (Condo) in sri lanka (especially Colombo area) and im very excited as i never been into one ever (except once in soysapura (Moratuwa) long back.

so what is it like living with an apartment? How is the environment in apartments? is electricity free or do you have to pay (if so how?)? how is the water supply? how about car parking (is it fixed or random? also only one parking or many? how about for guests/visitors)? also how is the waste management (Garbage) (is it all together or divided into the usual "දිරන" and "නොදිරන" garbage)? do the birds and mosquitoes bother you (especially in the balcony or when windows open)? how about insect/rat infestation (cockroaches and ants etc...)? and for those in apartments with gym and swimming pool, well how is it and is it free? are there any building policies (like painting walls or modifying the house or whatever)? how do y'all manage weddings and funerals? also is the apartment 100% safe or is there a threat like stalkers, burglars and kidnappers/murderers? and how about long distance travel and migration (do y'all leave the house freely or how)?

also how did you buy them? do you have to pay insurance? and do you have to pay 3% to lawyer? how is the process?

And for the people who are living in the sea side, how is the air condition and the sea breeze? how about air quality and smell inside the house? how about rusting for building fittings like door knobs/hinges, window frames, bathroomwares and balcony railings? also how about rusting for your furnitures and appliances/electronics like fridges, washing machine, cloth drying rack, metal furnitures, and television? also how about car park and car rusting (and how do you maintain your car)? and how about noise (like crowds in beach and the train noises) and finally how about waking up in the morning and sleeping at night?

it is a 2000s movie and definitely not a new movie and definitely not from the 90s (somewhere around 2000-2013 but feels like some mid-late 2000s movie). it is a romance movie and has something to do with rich people or marriage. the actress seems to be friendly looking (mid 20s - early/mid 30s) and the actor (30s or mid aged) seems to be normal as i remember (he reminds me of doug demuro). i remember one scene where they are at some field or grape yard during noon/afternoon and the women wears pink/magenta (as i remember) sweater/fleece jacket and the man is doing something with the boot/trunk of the 2000s range rover (black/dark coloured 2000s L322 range rover) like arranging an item or taking/placing something. these are all i remember. And the language is english (could be an american movie)

Hi there, I once saw an Arabic music video which i believe comes from west Asia (non gulf) area and I saw it around 2012/2013 and it was on a music channel on satellite tv. So the video is an Arabic song and it takes place at night on an outdoor location like a farmhouse or forest and singer was a male who was wearing winter clothes as I remember. There were three girls that was dancing in the music video and they also wore winter/autumn clothes. They were squashing fruits like watermelon etc… and the main female model/actress looked similar to Nancy ajram (blue eyes with coloured hair and fair skin) and she was looking at the camera for quite a while. I believe it was a popular song back then. That’s all I remember.
