Just got her, 6 weeks or so old, TX location. I don't know when she was born but she was found outdoors and I fostered her now. Every few hours I see the discharge. Minimal squinting, stops during play. eye cornea is healthy not cloudy, motor function and vision is good during play. I don't have a car or money for a vet but I can sell some stuff for an eye Meds recs.

I'm cleaning with saline since yesterday.

The chandelier is functional but needs to be cleaned. The fan is quite large but functional the nail gun and the door are functional.

I also have a commercial ceiling light. Lots of new wood panels white. Standard white Blinds. All free.

In exchange i just need to get rid of these Amazon boxes /break them down. Please be able to take all items.

scamming and fraud are on the rise, overall I don't like the environment socially and economically in the US right now. I do love Thailand and many other countries and I'm trying to be open-minded.

What would be costs to open a storefront, which are hidden costs?

I'm having a lot of trouble with my HOA. I finished probate and I have full authorization of my brother's estate. I'm not well versed in real estate, I felt like that letter took 8 months and thousands of dollars and I don't understand why I have to change the deed name. I was scammed by my contractor and I have so little money left to my name that I am eating canned beans and the value menu. Every time I think I'm done with bills for this house there comes a new one. Is there any way for me to do this on my own? Lawyers are very expensive.

I got scammed out of a residential remodel with carpet. The PM has his DL on file with the city of providence village TX. He promised the carpets in his quote. I paid advance and now I am being ghosted. Cops wont help.

I have like a hundred tools. Am I legally suppose to hold onto them? Its been a couple days and hes gone rogue. They are an older texan couple. I thought he was a GC with connections, but hes costing me a lot of money and I am not sure where his confidence comes from knowing he signed a PM agreement and I have the texts to prove our agreement.

His stuff in the room needing to be moved but i am doing open house so I need like a spotless clean garage too. I can get like a mini organization going and give the tools for free to the new owners. I just dont want to be held liable if there is some law that says I have to hold onto it for 30 days or something.

My brother passed away and I'm selling his rental house. I hired Keller Williams agent, she gets 2.5% and the buyer's agent gets 2.5%. I am getting nervous about money because the general contractor is many weeks behind schedule. I've started having beg my parents for money to replace the carpets because he didn't do it. I'm thinking about for sale by owner . The house is valued at 240k. Lowball offers are 185. I need to save money but because the house isn't very expensive I'm wondering if it makes any sense to ditch the agent?

It's been 6 weeks and I haven't gotten an offer from her , she said she had many investors. I got offers from my contractors connections , but everybody's asking me to let them sell the house. When I forward them to my agent, the person is no longer interested. It's my first time selling a house and I'm in debt up to my knees. Do I have to pay for an attorney and taxes fees related to titles even though I hired Keller Williams?

I did finish probate and that was expensive too.
