Do I have a right to feel frustrated when the gm, and restaurant operator told me I could come back, but the new guy is hesitant to hire me?

I quit McDonald's a couple months ago after being there 4 months. I quit on very good terms. The gm, and restaurant operator both told me i could alaways come back. So I applied, and had an interview today. The gm is on fraternity leave, and idk where the restaurant operator is. It was some guy I never met before who interviewed me. It took like 4 minutes. He confirmed that I worked there before. He asked why he should trust I won't leave again in a couple months. I told him he can't really. He then asked me why they should hire me. I told him im a hard worker, Im easy to get along with. Im good with the customers, and ill always be on time. He said he'll talk to the owner and see what he thinks. I think he'll have good things to say about me, but i thought it would be easy to get re hired. I just with the people who said I could come back were there

Should i respond to a text asking me to come in for an interview?

I worked at McDonald's up until a couple months ago. My gm told me I could always come back if i want to. I cant find a job so I applied again. I got a message saying "thank you for applying. Can you come in to an interview Friday at 2:30?" I know its legit because thats the message I got the first time i applied. What I did last time was call the store and ask if its legit, and it was so i dont need to do that again. Should I respond "yes" or just show up for the interview?

Why is fable anniversary edition making me start over everytime o load in even though I saved?

Im on Xbox one. I just started last night. I talked to that little girl and got her bear. I talked to that one guy who was cheating on his wife and he gave me a coin for keeping my mouth shut. I also did that small quest were I destroyed the barrels that I was supposed to he watching for that guy who had to go to the bathroom. So last night i saved. I got back on this morning and when the game loads in, it shows me sleeping/day dreaming, and my dad wakes me up, and I have to do it all again. The coin the guy gave me is even gone. I even selected the save. What gives?

[TOMT] movie where wife, and husband fight

Im not sure what year its from. Maybe the 90s. I think it starred Kathy Bates. I just remember her, and her daughter we home alone. Her husband comes home drunk or something. He's sitting down. She breaks a bowl over his head, so he grabs a long board, and hits her with it. Thats all I remember.

AITA for telling my mom to sweep up wood debris?

My mom fell off a ladder painting her rental house a couple weeks ago, and ended up slightly fracturing her wrist. I've been going to her house, and helping her out pretty much everyday. So i was helping her stack wood in her car port yesterday so she could burn it in her woodstove this winter. After we we were done there was a bunch of bark pieces and very fine dust on the ground. She was like "what are we gonna do with that?" I said "you can burn it" she said "what about the really fine stuff?" I was like "what do you mean? Just sweep it up, and put it in the trash can" i guess she has some trouble sweeping with her wrist. I wasn't really trying to tell her to do it, but thats the most logical thing to do. Anyways, she was like "yeah, I'll get right on that! Screw you!" And she walked inside, so I just left. AITA?

I faked a psychotic episode. Do I need to come clean?

So im on antidepressants. I stopped taking those a couple weeks ago, and just felt incredibly angry 24/7. Like enraged. Im not gonna go way into detail but I locked all the doors and windows to my house. My parents showed up because I wasn't answering my phone. I have done some off the wall stuff In the past that were real, but i just ignored them and they called the sherrif. The sherrif eventually got in. I was just acting as out of it as possible. I jumped up on top of my bathroom counter, acted like i was trying to climb out the window. He kept asking if I had taken anything. I started to feel guilty because I knew I was bullshitting him, so I told him to leave and that hes waisting his time, and that there are real emergencies. He kept saying hes not gonna leave. He wanted to have an ambulance come to check on me but I refused insisting in okay. He did end up having some mental health people come out to ask me questions. I eventually told them that I havnt been taking my meds. Nothings really happened aside from them setting me up with a therapist. I told them I wasn't suicidal because I didnt want to go to a hospital and waste more resources. Hopefully they just assume I acted out because I was off my meds. If they do try in have me take more meds based on what I did, then I'll definitely refuse. I feel like a major ass for what I put my parents and everyone through. I feel like maybe I should confess, but that would be so fucking embarrassing and I dont know how my loved ones would react. Im not sure if its worth it, or i should just carry it to the grave.

[TOMT] movie about men caring for a Mexican man?

I think its probably from the early 2000s. All I remember was that a Mexican man who didn't speak English was staying with them or something. There was a shot of the two main characters talking in their house while the Mexican man was mowing the lawn. Suddenly he stuck his hand in the blade and cut it. In the next scene they were in the e.r. thats all I remember

Is it inappropriate to give someone you don't know well a hug when they are grieving?

So there's this woman i know who works at walmart. Ive known her for the past several months. We know each other's, name and we bs a little bit when we see each other. Shes one of those people sho stand at the self check outs and help customers. So yesterday I noticed she was rubbing her eyes. I thought maybe she had something in her eye. I walk over to her and ask if she's okay. She said no. She told me that her father had passed away a couple of weeks ago, and that she just got a call that her cousin had passed away. She was bawling, and kept saying "I can't do this" I didn't wanna just stand there like an idiot, so i asked if she needed a hug. She immediately said yes, I gave her a hug. After that her manager walked up and gave her the rest of the day off. I know asked her and everything, but was it weird to offer? Im probably overthinking this. Ive just never been in that situation before and didn't wanna seem cold so that's all I could think of doing.

Anyone else surrounded by people who think people with autism just "use it as an excuse"?

I had no idea what to use for flair. So I was diagnosed with autism when I was like 10, but found out from a teacher at 19. My parents just never told me. I've always had learning difficulties. A very short attention span, and just become overwhelmed very easily, and its just difficult for me to keep a job. The other day, I told my dad that I think the fact that I get overwhelmed so easily has something to do with my autism. He was like "no, you're just using it as an excuse" then he was like thats a new progressive liberal excuse people use. I was just like "uh okay". It pisses me off, but i just dont want to argue with him.

Is it rude to walk into taco bell and order minutes after they open?

I've been going to taco bell fairly often lately. They open at 7 am. I walked in at 7:05 am. I was standing at the counter. I saw a member behind an oven or something look at me, roll her eyes, and walk over and take my order. She was fairly present the rest of the time, but it makes me not want to go back there.
