I used to watch trope talk a lot on YouTube on the TV, to the point my Dad can instantly recognize Red's voice, but since that's basically all i watch of OSP my dad just calls her Trope Lady.

I now tend to listen to trope talk on my phone while doing other activities like cleaning my room or drawing so now my dad asks "You haven't watched Trope Lady in a while, is she still doing okay?" every few months and every time i have to tell him no i still watch Red, just not on the tv lolz

Okay there are 2 main reasons i really dislike them

1- They're not necessary. Just say on your period. Don't be a coward, if guy has issues with you discussing your very normal bodily functions that is his pathetic problem, not yours.

2- The euphemisms are often so gross. People will still know what you nean but instead of just saying it you jist used the nastiest way to describe it. "Its time for the strawberry jam factory" FUCKING GROSS. This is not in any way better than just saying your period. You're not being discreet and just making your period sound way grosser than it is and with that helping the stigma that periods are gross abd embarrassing

Break thr stigma, say period and talk about them in your daily life. Don't avoid the topic with men.

Also technically being on your period started out as a euphemism itself (menstruating being the actual term) but i think the word stopped being one very long ago

i sleep 8-10 hours every night. Plenty of sleep. Hell i got some extra sleep every night! Do those extra hours get saved? nah. Get fucked! That'd be too easy! no no no no! You know what DOES get saved? That's right! Sleep deprevation! Tenfold! Need an extra hour of sleep every week to fix one (1) hour of sleep deprevation! Have fun fixing your sleep for two months of you pulled an all nighter over jetlag! All those extra hours slept mean nothing! But al those hours missed will haunt you! No fair! Absolute bullshit! Seems like a design flaw doesn't it? You're right! This sucks! i just wanna sleep man :/

1. A full body is 75% and over! It's nlt just 100%!! If you can see the knees, it's probably a full body!

2. Fully shaded doesn't need to be full painterly rendering! The second image is literally an example of fully shaded, and i so often see ppl shade like this and rate it as simple shading! It's not! you fully shaded it! don't do yourself a disservice!!

3. 6 or more eyes needs a sensitive content filter bc if trypophobia! This seens to be one a lot of people aren't aware of, (hell i wasn't until recently!) but please do filter it:)

4. (no picture) Bright colours, flashing animation, etc, should be eye strain. This should be obvious but many ppl don't do it:( Please filter your neon characters, epilepsy can be deadly yall!!

The worst thing. I despise it.

Basically the trope is that there are two characters in a relationship in a show, one of them (usually the woman) will find out she was actually legally married because she married in vegas (usually right before the wedding) and then she quickly has to divorce to make the relationship or wedding work.

It's so lazy. It's also so often out of character. It feels a bit misogynistic, like look at this ditsy woman who didn't know vegas weddings were legally binding. It's usually a thing they add to a character last minute to pad out a wedding arc. Like even when its in character its lazy, bc it's such a clear attempt at throwing in some last minute drama because apparently we can never just have a Nice Wedding in a tv show. When itd out of character its lazy and also genuinely insulting. Like lets Break This Character to start some drama. How dare!
