youtu.beAcoustic Songs & Whistles
Gonna give this a listen after work. Saw Paul do a solo acoustic show a few years ago and was very impressed.

Happy WGW! Just picked up this Colt Night Cobra Special.
Previous owner unspecial the special by replacing brass front sight with XS dot and the wood grips with these super aggressive ones (VZ?).
I probably paid too much but it did come with a nice Tulster holster and looks like it has less than a box of ammo through it.
Overall I’m happy and can’t wait to hit the range!
Wonder how fair this birthday balloon traveled before landing in this field?
Finished Red Dead Redemption story for the first time.
With a toddler I don’t have much time to game anymore. I originally dismissed RDR when it first came out, but I figured with the switch I can play a little bit here and there. Took me several months finish the story and now I’m wondering why I never gave it a chance. 10 out of 10 game! I somehow managed to avoid spoilers (unlike RDR2) which made it better I’m sure.
Time to roam a bit to finish some side quests and then it’s on to the zombie DLC!
Is a slightly used Night Cobra a bad idea?
I want a steel snubnose to complement my airweight jframe. I will use it for extended range sessions and to CC during flannel to Carhartt seasons. I also would like to try IDPA style events that my local club puts on. Not to be a serious competitor, just to get more proficient with speed strip loading and carrying a revolver in general (and to have fun of course). I don’t plan on shooting any 357 (got my blackhawk for that itch) so a 38 only revolver is fine.
I originally was going to go with a SP101, but this Night Cobra is really speaking to me and it’s just within my budget. I‘ve just read so many horror stories about Colt’s recent QC issues. I do have some guarantee for being certified used, but I‘m worried about long term reliability.
Decision paralysis
Decided my next revolver will be a used SP101 in 357 with the 2.25 barrel. I just can’t decide between the blue finish with hammer spur or the stainless steel DAO. No price difference between the two.
I do plan on carrying it while walking the dogs in black bear country. Most likely IWB (which is why I’m thinking DAO but that blued is speaking to me).
The final space shuttle mission touched down 15 years ago today, marking the end of NASA's 30-year Space Shuttle program
Favorite fictional revolver or “revolver-ish” firearm? Mine is Mal’s sidearm in the Firefly tv show and Serenity movie. I’ve only recently found out the prop is a modified Taurus 85.
MxC is on Pluto TV now!
Right you are Ken.
We should build a wall made of fans pointed back to Canada and make them pay for it.
High 90s temperature and humidity, plus 180 AQI from the Canadian wildfires means I had the whole range to myself. Brought the wheel guns out. Shot for about a half-hour until I decided that was enough lol.
