POTS and lyme make working out harder than usual since I always feel like garbage ): i also have shitty knees hence not many knee-focused leg workouts

Hi all! I want to lock in again and shred fat but I want to maintain/lightly gain muscle so I'm at least a LITTLE toned for when I lose the fat

Is this a good plan? (Last image is my general goals - I know every body is different. Yes, I used to have a similar build to that goal so I know its relatively possible again)

(its been about 2 months since regularly being at the gym and healthy eating after doing 6 months of it...and highkey messing up with an accidental bulk during it all? so here i am, trying again. I started 6 months ago at 125lbs, I'm at 150lbs now 😭)
