is this gameplay not bannable or am i wrong

He wanted jungle and I didn't swap jungle with him in lobby, i type nothing in game chat idk if he typed because my chat is set to party. But anyways thats not the point. Starting from about end of the early game to late and throughout the mid game so basically all game all he did was farm my jungle, push, base and do it all over again. he did lower damage than supports. he never participated in a teamfight. we all reported him and i added my teammates to ask them to send a ticket about this player, but i got no notification back. So the grief detector system only works if you pull your junglers camps away with syndra w huh? And automated grief detection only works if you go 0 20 :)

why are we nerfing black cleaver?

They already nerfed senna into the ground and i'm sure this recent black cleaver change is intended only for senna because i don't know any other ranged champion that builds it regulraly. I used to build it on ashe situationally because I could stack 6 armor reduction on a single q but movement speed is cut in half now. Why do situational items for ADCS always have to be so weak? Immortal shieldbow, wits end, Malmortius, botrk QSS. Think about it, almost every situational ADC items are so weak. This nerf is unnecesarry.

I feel bad for you guys

I never see azirs in my matches, and when I do they struggle to deal good damage even when full build let alone carry. They usually go neutral because most of them are otps (even otps cant stomp lane with this champ) but if they are not otp they usually int. Azir is a really interesting and unique design but becaus of fkin faker and pros you don't get to have fun with your main. Sorry guys.
