ESP and Psychic Limiters

What are the tools enemies of psychics used to limit their gifts? Example, if you're a telepath, precog, astral projector, etc, what would they use to limit those abilities.

San Francisco isn't bad

I've spent over a year studying the city for a pro bono federal analysis I may write and the city has been misrepresented. The tenderloin where all the needles and homeless are is literally a few blocks. Like literally 4 blocks. Los Angeles' skid row is way larger and the tent cities throughout the city are peppered in shanty camp sizes.

I honestly perceive, Los Angeles portrays San Francisco negatively because they're jealous. I had years of LA media indoctrinating me about San Francisco being bad but, it's really not. It's very safe, the people are eccentric and campy at times but, it's actually pretty chill. Like, you can just talk to a person who paints all day, the have music festivals randomly and everywhere. It's a functioning community of multiple diverse elements but, they balance the chaos. LA is a mix of people but, they choose violence and destruction. Happy I left. Hope I never step foot in LA again.

Passport Speed

How fast can I get a passport as a first time applicant in USA? Also, what country should I go to? I'm trying natural treatment for my farmer's tan for about 3 months.

Migrant Violent Crime: I studied their thought process for 6 years

I'll be leaving for a while, so I'll give you a few insights I have discovered.

The Thought Process of Migrant Predators (sources listed below)

Survival > Predation > Check opposition > Proceed > Attack target > Repeat

Fundamentally, these people grow up in environments where predation is the primary survival path. However, in wealthy societies like the UK, USA, and Japan, social cohesion and objective civility are the strongest survival paths. For example, blue-collar workers' camaraderie increases productivity for investors, while also creating a safe social circle where potential marriages, community trust, and opportunities can develop.

So, when you put these predators in the UK, they don't know how to survive under those norms and resort to their basic logic. Ironically, these predators are typically "beta" predators in their homeland. You can see this when you look at migrants who commit crimes, then look at the level of brutality where they come from you clearly see these are lower-tier predators.

For example, have you ever noticed that these people almost never commit their crimes in front of a group of Marines walking around? Or around off-duty military personnel? Why? Because the military trains killers ("hyper-predators"). You can see this when a few Marines move into gang-filled neighborhoods in Los Angeles; the local gangsters begin to "mellow out" and change their behavior.

I spent six years studying violent crime undercover, accessing FBI data and journalist reports, and drawing from personal childhood experiences to develop this theory. I placed myself in light crime settings (gambling, drugs, prostitution) to observe the environmental artifacts of violent crime patterns.

Democrats out of touch again. Basic common sense "Will my kids be poorer than me?" Trump "No. Here's my Trump accounts." Americans want solutions, not indentity politics. Nonlinear thinkers, which the Republicans have, don't want to work with Democrats anymore.
