I'm addicted to far right content even though I'm not right wing

It's messing up my brain and I need help stopping myself from engaging with it because I can't stop on my own.

I keep finding myself impulsively watching Asmongold clips [full length] and clicking on far right Twitter posts even though I'm completely opposed to the ideology. But I can't stop clicking, reading, watching, and engaging with this stuff, and constantly feeding my brain with the long tube of far right slop, and as a result it is fucking up my personal judgement. It is an addiction that doesn't even feel good in the moment yet I still can't stop.

I'm not exactly going through the alt right pipeline because I don't communicate in far right group chats and the furthest I go is spending too much time scrolling and leaving the occasional comment. My brain is actively fighting back against this stuff which is great but that's created a neurological civil war and it's bad for my brain health. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can stop this addiction. Any new hobbies perhaps?

I have no idea what this group is, they might be related to the Atomwaffen group since these neo Nazis seem very supportive of Islamist groups in the Axis of Resistance.
