I feel like I'm in opioid withdrawal every night
Hi there. I'm hoping somebody can help me. I've been a bad sleeper my whole life but since going into peri a few years ago I've gotten terrible restless legs. I had surgery in january that just made my hormones flatline so I got on HRT (progesterone + estrogen patch). I'm taking magnesium supplements at night as well as melatonin and 45mgs mirtazepine, and gabapentin. All of this shit seems to have stopped working. My restless legs last for almost 3 hours before I can fall asleep and it's excruciating. I used to abuse opioids in my 20's and this is exactly what opioid withdrawal feels like.

You can get them for super cheap, the friend is guaranteed to attempt to get the tie on the cat, then attempt a picture of their cat wearing the tie, and if they get said picture they usually share it
Saw this at the store this morning, took a double take

What on earth happened here?! How did they fuck this up so bad!
Have you ever found a playing card on the ground?
The only time I've ever found one was the night I met my husband (20 years ago) leaving a concert here in Atlanta. Of course I made the "I'm trying to get a full deck" joke because I was trying to get into his pants, and I found another one this afternoon. Only times I've ever seen this.

So much for steaming the artichoke I just bought. Or the asparagus.
