Just bought some cinnamon sugar mini donuts at the Contra Costa County Fair for $10 and they were so worth it. Fresh, warm, sugary, and smelled amazing the second they came out 😋🍩
Just completed a successful boat extraction in DMZ after a super intense match. We barely made it to the extraction point while enemies were closing in from everywhere, but somehow the boat pulled away just in time. Definitely one of the most satisfying escapes I’ve had in COD Mobile lately.
Hey everyone! I’m thinking about picking up Crazy Taxi, Virtual On, Virtua Striker 2, and Jet Grind Radio for my Dreamcast collection.
For anyone who owns them, how’s the gameplay and performance on original hardware? Anything I should know before buying?
Saw a beehive growing on our lemon tree today! 🍋🐝 Nature really finds a way to surprise you sometimes. The bees were buzzing all around the lemons like they owned the place. Pretty cool to see up close from a safe distance!
Tonight during Friday Night Out on Zoom, I ended up winning twice during bingo! I honestly wasn’t expecting it, so it made the night extra fun. It’s always nice getting together online, chatting, and hearing everyone celebrate when somebody wins. Definitely a good Friday night!
I started using WhatsApp more recently because Instagram is retiring end-to-end encrypted messaging this Friday. I wanted a place where I could still privately chat with friends and family, so I figured it was finally time to give WhatsApp a real try.
So far, I actually like how simple and focused it feels for messaging. Anybody else here switch over from Instagram DMs recently?
Just got some time in with NHL 2K on the Dreamcast and I had to share how it went.
Fired up a quick game and honestly, it still feels pretty smooth for its time. The controls clicked right away, and I managed to pull off a couple clean passes leading to a nice goal in the second period. The presentation and commentary bring back that classic early-2000s sports vibe too.
What surprised me most is how fun it still is to just pick up and play—no complicated menus, just straight into hockey action. Definitely one of those games that reminds me why I love going back to the Dreamcast.
Anyone else still playing this? Got any tips or favorite teams to use?
I finally got around to using a gift card I had sitting in my wallet and grabbed a coffee from McDonald’s today. Nothing fancy, just a simple cup—but it honestly hit the spot. There’s something extra satisfying about using a gift card you almost forgot about 😄
Anyone else feel like coffee tastes better when it’s basically “free”?
