Chances this is a domesticated pigeon?

It has a grey band on its left leg. Doesn’t seem to be scared of people at all. Has been hanging around my front yard the past hour. I don’t want to disturb it in case it’s a wild tagged pigeon.

My new favourite way to dust my Lego sets

Used one of those car cleaning slimes to dust some of my trinkets today, it works amazingly on Lego! Gets in between the studs and avoids spreading the dust everywhere.

r/OutOfTheLoop: What is an "agent"?

First of all, yes, I know the simple definition of "agent". (Sales agent, travel agent, etc.) But in the past few years, I've heard a lot of people my age refer to themselves as "agents" when they don't even have those kinds of jobs. (Mostly those I meet up with in rounds of turf war.)

Now, I understand that the sports scene is pretty broad here, but most players that hve actual jobs are pretty casual. However, i've seen some highly skilled turflings, (too skilled to have only practiced during free time from their day job), call themselves "agents". They each seem to have a specific tag, too. "Agent 9, agent 4, agent T, etc.) Is this some kind of niche nerdy fandom I'm just not into? Is it a cult? Every time I've asked one of them, they either ignore me, brush it off, or say they're not allowed to tell me. Like, what???

This 'community' seems to have no online presence either, at least from what I've tried to search up. Any info is appreciated!

Omg???? The physics in this game?! So good!

For context… I’ve listened to the Pikuniku soundtrack for a long time but never tried the game. It was on sale on Nintendo switch for less that $3, so I thought, cool! I’ll give it a try.

Upon the first 5 minutes of playing I was amazed. The physics on the movement animations are great… ABSOLUTE EYE CANDY! I also love how the game doesn’t baby you at all during the tutorial and first “level”. (No hints and things aren’t very very obvious). I’ve only played for about 30 minutes but I love it already.

How to bounce back when you say the wrong thing?

In both social and personal situations. Like in social situations, thinking so hard about sounding “normal” in a convo that you totally fumble and embarrass yourself and/or make others feel uncomfortable. In personal situations (family/close close friends), saying or asking about something and being intrusive when you meant to be helpful.
In my situation currently, I said the wrong thing to my sister and she got angry with me. I was trying to help her but made her feel bad instead. As soon as I realized I was in the wrong, I apologized. She said it was fine but I still have a terrible terrible pit in my stomach that I can’t get rid of.

This specific version of “little brown jug” song [folk music]

Hi all! My dance group is performing this summer and wants to use this song, but I can’t for the life of me find a version that is 1. Instrumental 2. Fiddle-y and 3. Slower paced. This video is what we are practicing with, but I’d hate to perform in front of 200 visitors with a crappy audio track. Any help is appreciated!

To cut or not to cut? (Question)

6 year old apple tree. I heard that you are supposed to prune them, but I’m not sure how exactly. This branch kind sticks out and has a lot of buds on it, should it be cut? And should I take off some of the buds in favour or bigger apples? There’s well over 50 buds at the moment.
