Small Bytes ( Pixar Place Hotel ) 📍

Hi everyone, last week I posted that I was on the hunt for the best banh mi sandwich and a lot of you commented and shared your own personal favorites and recommendations, thank you for that. My first stop was at Carrot and Daikon in Garden Grove on Westminster blvd. Today’s visit takes me to Pickle Banh mi co in Garden Grove off Brookhurst. I got two grilled pork Banh mi’s that costed $15.76. I plan on trying a few more places then at the end gather everything up, write what I liked and didn’t like, maybe put in cost, etc etc. But I will say, to whoever recommended pickle banh mi, thank you. That was a really good grilled pork!

Our upcoming staycation is still a few weeks out but I’m super excited. I’ve stayed at other Disney properties already but the Disneyland hotel villas will be my first ever DVC. Before our Villas check in we’ll be staying one night at Pixar Place hotel which has is club level, but I’m surprised they don’t offer DVC.

Hi everyone. I’m stuck between choosing Pixar Pool Terrace or Pixar Standard club level. The prices difference is $40 between the two room. I’ve seen videos of the other club level lounges and Disneyland hotel and Grand have amazing views ( firework views ), but Pixar doesn’t I believe ( no view at all ). I wanna buy the rooms by tonight but thought I’d ask if anyone has stayed at any of the two rooms and provide some insight and personal opinions. Thanks in advance.

Yesterdays USA game at Chapman brewery was packed. Indoor and outdoor. Also, they had this gaming tournament outside as well which was dope! We also brought over burgers from omega burgers next door, avocado bacon cheeseburger combo was $14 ( portions were crazy ! )

I got to experience ghost town alive yesterday for the first time and it was amazing. Super fun!

oh man this hit the spot last night. Absolutely delicious! About $10 and some change and discounts are applicable.

First stop is Carrot and Daikon in Westminster. I bought two grilled pork sandwiches and an order of eggrolls for $21 and some change. Really tasty sandwich! Off to a good start. Open to any recommendations as well! :)

Quick run here in HB and enjoyed the scenery! Lovely day.

Marinated beef, refried beans, tomato’s, cilantro, guac/sc/ and salsa on the side. These look good, might have to order some for myself to take home.
