Meet GUS—35 pounds of forever puppy! GUS may be 2 years old and fully grown, but nobody told him he's supposed to act like an adult. 😂 He's a happy, playful boy with puppy energy in a perfectly medium-sized 35-pound package.

Nani is absolutely heartbreaking. I saw her in eval last week and snapped a really quick video of all her puppies piled on her. This weekend she’s in the sick ward with all her babies and she’s definitely become more protective of them with more foot traffic. I tried gaining her trust for probably 10 minutes before I was able to leash her. She walked about 3 kennels down and then pancaked because she was so nervous. She didn’t care about all the barking dogs near her and we walked another scared mama past her and she didn’t even move. I felt like she was way too stressed so I decided to not bring her any further. As soon as I opened her kennel door back up she went straight back to her babies. She’s a great mama and I feel like with some love she’ll learn to trust humans in no time. 🥺

Was thrashing and deficating prior to work up, once muzzled she sat well for work up.

NOTE
dog was in the kennel and when i leashed her she began to thrash but as i let her calm down she walked out slowly out the
kenenl and tried to walk towards other kennels and due to her kennel being dirty i placed the pups in the bin while i
cleaned and had her tied up to the wall and since i placed the bin next to her she lay down near the bin and then as i
placed the pups back she whined pulled towards them and through out the day has been layign down with her pups and
being vocal towards citizens and employees walk through the row.

during morning feeding she was vocalizing.
when I approached the kennel she was in the back of the kennel with a tensed boyd and whale eyes with her puppies all
on top of her. I leashed her and she thrashed and ddin't want to walk, i baby talked her and got her to walk into the next
clean kennel. she allowed me to remove the leash and she sniffed my hand

nani greets me at the kennel door with all of her puppies dogpiling on her while she laid there quietly. She let me leash her
however only took a few steps before she started to thrash. I put her into the clean kennel next to hers and put her puppies
in with her. Inside her kennel she can be seen with dilated eyes laying quietly on her blanket.

NOTE
nani greeted me at the front of the kennel with a tensed body, I baby talk her and give her treats to move her and her
puppies over to the next kennel because she thrashes on the leash. I gave her a lot of treats and she let me remove the
leash.

Very timid and skittish. Is avoidant while being leashed and flinchy. Once leashed, she continues to be skittish on leash, zig
zagging often while walking and needs lots of redirection.

08/09/26 16:04 While walking through the row, Nani's kennel was covered on both sides and she was deep alarm barking,
tail tucked and ears back from the far side of the kennel, ran to the other side once I came around the other side spot
cleaning.

Approaching kennel, Nani retreated to the other side of the kennel and vocalized with a tucked tail, whale eyes and tense
body. Passing kennel, she was resting on her bed with her puppies.

Meet Lady, a sweet and tiny 7-week-old puppy who is looking for a loving foster home to help her grow big and strong! This resilient little girl is already eating gruel completely on her own, making mealtime a breeze. She does have some hair loss and suspected ringworm, but she has already started her medication to help her recover. Lady just needs a cozy, dedicated foster space to rest, heal, and flourish until she is old and healthy enough to find an adopter.

7/21: BAR. Generalized patchy areas of hair loss. Pustules on ventral abdomen. Skin is dry and flaky in affected areas.

DX: Woods light=Negative for flouresence

DX: Skin scrape=Negative

A: Still suspect Dermatophytosis

P: RX: Clavamox drops 1/2ml BID

This beautiful little family needs help before sickness or human hands claim their lives.
They will need a rescue to get them to safety.
