SHADOW 5799849: 8 year old, male Alaskan Husky mix, 82 pounds, owner surrender on 9-8. His owner said he is actually 6 years old
A fellow American and soldier for our country needs our help. Defending our nation comes with great sacrifice and sometimes heartbreaking decisions. This Marine was faced with both.
Being deployed left him with no other options but to surrender his 3 beloved pups to the shelter. Koda and Blue have already made it out to safety. So Shadow is the only one left. @lancaster.volunteer.jackie gave the owner her word that she would do her best to get Shadow out of here.
Shadow is a little more particular and needs the right environment to thrive. While he has been in a home with other dogs he really prefers to not have to share love, attention, or space with any other pups. He loves his humans immensely and is already a certified bestie.

Please help us share Shadow's story to we can get him out and into a loving foster or adoptive family.
