However, as one battle settles, my wife Shahin’s fight against cancer has become immensely difficult. We are back in a terrifying situation. Shahin remains completely bed-bound at home, and her condition is deteriorating day by day.

🛑 Latest Medical Situation & Doctor's Notes (As of Today, 20-May-2026)

1.Weight Dropped to 29kg & No Surgery: Shahin's body weight has dropped drastically to just 29 kg. Because of her extreme weakness and frail physical condition, the neurosurgeon and oncologists have clearly stated that she cannot undergo any surgical stabilization.

2.Unstable Spine & Severe Pain: Her spine's stability score (SINS Score) is now more than 12, meaning her spine is highly unstable and under constant threat of further pathological collapse. She is in excruciating pain and requires heavy nerve and pain medications just to survive the day.

3.New Expensive Injections Started Today: To control the bone damage and aggressive progression, the doctor has immediately prescribed Inj Ecentra 120 mg (Subcutaneous) and Inj Fulvaa 500 mg (Intramuscular) starting today, along with ongoing targeted therapies. 1.The recent PET-CT Scan conducted on May 6, 2026, has brought devastating news:

2.Disease Progression: Shahin's cancer was already metastatic, but compared to her previous scans, it is now spreading aggressively.

3.New Tumors & Infection in Breast: A large soft tissue mass (2.4 x 3.3 cm) has developed in her right breast along with new nodular lesions on the skin. To make matters worse, pus is discharging from her chest again, indicating a severe infection.

Spread to Neck & Liver: The cancer is actively spreading to new areas. Along with the existing hepatic parenchymal (liver) lesions, the disease has now reached her neck, where it is growing in the lymph nodes, along with the appearance of several new nodes.

4.Spine Collapse & Agonizing Pain: Multiple parts of her spine (Dorsolumbar vertebrae) have partially collapsed. Her pain has become completely unbearable; she cannot move even an inch without screaming in agony.

🔬 Treatment Update: No Surgery & The Purpose of the Liquid Biopsy

1.Surgery Not Possible: Doctors initially considered a surgical intervention to manage the progression. However, due to Shahin’s extreme weight loss and weak physical condition, surgery is no longer a viable option.

2.Liquid Biopsy (Submitted 5 Days Ago): While Shahin is already undergoing Targeted Immunotherapy, the rapid progression forced us to submit samples for a Liquid Biopsy five days ago. This test was critical to help doctors identify exactly which alternate medicines or formulations will work effectively at this advanced stage. We are currently awaiting these reports, after which the treatment plan and expenses are expected to rise significantly.
