I take high intensity workout classes, and a few months ago had a light CO2 laser on my neck and face. well lately I've noticed my neck lines in particular look more red post workout but then are less red an hour or so later.... is this affecting it permanently as well?
My neck also feels tight so thinking might need to put a heavier moistruzier on, the Co2 laser feels great on my face but def think it added or made my neck lines worse.
Some of the neck lines that I'm 80% weren't there originally are now there so I am frustrated
I have it, but just read somewhere that apparently the "wrinkles" setting has blue light incorporated and that can worsen wrinkles (WTF?).
I also dislike that it takes 30 minutes and you can't even do anything else while you wear it compared to a mask. I am considering getting a desktop which I assume is shorter, but I already bought the expensive cellum pro so am unsure. Please enlighten me.
An awful season in someways saved by the most Heroes vs Villains/S50 finale.
Two guys snooze their way to the end both thinking they have a great chance at winning. A guy wins 4 immunities like Jonathan but the jury doesn't respect his game, and gives it to the strategist. Immediately after the two losers have a pity party meltdown that the jury made the wrong decision like Russell Hantz and one keeps saying, "What more could I have done? Won 6 immunities". They then have to be explained by the jury how Survivor works basically lol.
Also multiple friendships were gone reminded me of Lex/Boston Rob post show with one juror known for being a huge survivor fan having the biggest bitch fest of all time.
An amazing finale, I'd recommend just watching that as the rest of the season was a steamroll. This was the most controversial and best finale of a Survivor season since Charlie/Maria and besides that probably the best finale episode of a Survivor format in years. Explained everything about how and why the format of Survivor is so strong and continues to be.
Last 3 years Giants week 1 was:
L 40-0 Cowboys
L 28-6 Vikings
L 21-6 Commanders
On the plus side, these training camps by all accounts have been the most effective we've had in years and the team is relatively healthy going into week 1. There seems to be a ton of buy in.
But also, we once again have a pre-season where Dart played very little. 4 WR's on our depth chart and our major CB acquisition somehow benched despite very little Secondary depth.
There are major roster questions in terms of depth virtually everywhere. A close game would be fine, but I am also intrigued we may be in for another blowout... either our way or the other
Either or, given our schedule this is a must win to start the season. We lose this, given our schedule it is likely we start 1-3 or worse once again heading for a "tune up" season.
While I don't mind it and love Harbaugh's ideas and gameplan, this week could expose just what an awful roster Schoen has given us. Huge consequential game incoming.
Does anyone else find EMS face tools to be superrrr effective at sculpting the face?
I've done some of those lymphatic facials with just an hour of someone rubbing your face, and a different facial place, but honestly the Face Gym EMS face tool is the only thing I've seen that has actual legit results.
I'm debating buying it (600-700) but do think it's a lot easier just to have somwhere else do it for me plus the other goodies for like .. $140-150.
Or does anyoen else have other EMS tools they like? Not just a standard gua sha but more pricier options
Awful season, but like many past reality shows with awful seasons... this ended in a fantastic finale.
Seeing Marty and Beers utterly clueless about why they lost after Rome played circles around them and having them argue with the jury for 5 minutes after was chef's kiss.
Seeing it all set up at the beginning of the episode and it going exactly like that was great foreshadowing.
I hated this season, but the jury seemed as bitter as the fans were. Especially Tommy who pretty much torpedoed his entire Survivor reputation this season. His saltiness and Brandon owning him was great.
I loved this finale and have already replayed many of these clips. I only wish we had an instant live reunion after as well. Marty and Dana seemed saltier than some Survivors who lost jury votes after playing for 28 days.
I'm not exactly sure how it will be labeled, but according to reviews (including 1 that already revealed who it is), a major well known and critically acclaimed actress plays a MAJOR part in the 2nd half of the movie. And apparently takes on such a seismic part in the movie, they apparently transform into her.
Is it possible that this actress can be considered for Best Supporting Actress even though it is in the Doc category given the nature of the role? Without spoiling (but again Variety has already spoiled who and what happens), it would make sense given their past nature for this to be a transformative role for them.

It's insane to me we have people like CMC and WR's ahead of Cook, and he's not considered in the Hibbs Robinson category.
Led league in rushing TD's in 2024, led league in rushing last year, the Bills are favored in 14 of 18 games this year (meaning they will run even more), expected to be used as a Receiving back even more this year according to beat reporters...
Especially given how vital it is to get a top RB this year (and with how deep WR is), I find it insane he's not projected to be a top 3-4 pick and instead closer to 9-10. Personally I had the 3rd pick and drafted him, other than Gibbs and Robinson if you want to win your league this year you need a top RB.
I've been doing my 30 minute zone 2, progressive lifting but DAMN taking a Barry's class really made me realize how fit some people are.
The combination of treadmill going at 9-10 constantly for 12 minutes and heavy weights quickly made me exhausted. I hung in there, but am starting to feel like going 4x to the gym a week won't be nearly as effective as doing like 2x a week to gym and 2-3 barry's a week.
Also noticable that 80% of the people there look absolutely shredded too.. I'm surprised people try to say it's "just diet" when I've never worked my butt off so much in one workout before.
IMO, I think going to a Barry's type class (or maybe F45 etc) would lead to faster results than simply just going to the gym
Love the workouts but does anyone experience these too? I've tried different shoes and keep running into the same issues.
What do people do to prevent this? Possibly thinking I might need a real 5 minute warmup and cooldown of the calf/heel/hamstrings but the classes feel like a factory at times don't know exactly what is best. I'm surprised more people don't run into this issue?
One thing I am taking with me this draft is for EVERY one of my picks (esp at WR and RB) to just be "Go for broke" type players who have super high ceilings and bad floors. You can use the waiver wire so much, part of my regret in past seasons is picking guys who were "safe" becasue I needed a WR2 or more depth at bench.
Fuck that! You're gonna need 3-4 guys to hit for your team to have a real chance and I'm changing tactics.
Not saying I am drafting all of them, but I am looking at players purely their strengths and ignoring all their weaknesses and then hoping at least 2-3 hit.
