Removing schmutz from floor pillow.
I have a big pillow I use for laying on the floor.
It's picked up a lot of schmutz. I've run it throw the washing machine and drier a few times, gone over with a lint roller, and still has stuff on it.
Anyone have an suggestions for more cleaning stuff?

I made Jamie Farr's Artichoke Pasta
I made this because it looked pretty good and I had the ingredients lying around the house. When I first read the recipe, I completely missed the part about garnishing it with salami. I was relieved when I read that Farr says it's optional. Instead of spaghetti, I used fusilli because that's what was in my cupboard.
This recipe was strange. I expected it to be more of a light sauce, but the roux made a thick sauce. The fusilli was a good choice for this, because the sauce ckung well to the more substantial pasta. I love to cook with artichokes but the sauce was just bland. Unless you got a bite with artichoke in it, it didn't really taste like much. It also had a strange color.
We ate the whole thing but I won't be making it again. I give Jamie Farr's Artichoke Pasta a C.

Calendar QQQ Emergency: Is now the end or tomorrow?
At Midnight, is Day 20 of the calendar... is THAT when I claim the past 3 things and then in 24 hours I get the final item..
Or do I use coins to get the 3 passed items and at midnight, I get the Final Item?

CCCCCCCC - well this one's weird, but maybe I got it working?
This one popped up tonight...no claim credit or credit777 and the current wincredit sucks, and I have store credit to use or convert to cash, so did a quick search and found it's a decent one to at least recycle my credit with.
It wanted a $12 kick off, so, I grabbed $12 worth of items I was gonna get anyway and started it... it then auto redeemed a bunch of tickets for credits that came back.
It offered 40 more passes for a $15 purchase, and the comments I read said you need to do at least 3 purchases, so figured I'd do it and again, got stuff I was gonna get....
So it says I need 55 more to get it all, while I won't quite get that with the daily check ins...
There's a Golden "get a $20 for $35"...do I grab that one, or do I wait for a "black" one, i saw mention...is black better than gold?
And what are these "premium gifts" at the end?

Full color labels in Finder, not just dots? (Sequoia)
I recall that once upon a time*, you could mark files in Finder and they'd color the whole item line, not just stick color dots......
Is there a way to do that today?
(* I've been using Apple computers since 1980, so once upon a time is pretty much anytime in it's history 😞)

WinCredit: Are they serious with this one?
Got a wincredit offer.. if math is right, it's $400 for a $100 return. Weirdly, it's $8 to match at 2% rather than like .80 at .2
IS THERE ANY hidden secret in this scheme? like first purchase is the 2%, but a second shoots up to 75% or something that makes it worth doing?

MacOS: I can not Cmd-V paste names into save image dialog? ALSO can't keep it from pulling focus.
As title... I try to paste into a save dialog with Cmd-V, it doesn't work.. i CAN paste by right clicking and chosing paste, but that's clunkier than I'd like... Is this a ME? Issue or is it just the app?
ALSO: Telegram doesn't stay in the background...always pulling focus from windows I'm in...can this be fixed? googling turned up settings I can't find 😞

Mac Desktop: Download queue vanishes/deletes when program quits.
As topic.
I had a download queue and I needed to close the program, but when I started back up, the queue had been deleted.
If I add a file, it starts a new queue.
Is this s a setting issue or just how it works?

Mac: Started JDownloader today (or maybe crashed overnight). DL history is gone.
I don't recall if i shut down JD2 last night or if it crashed over night (it wold have been idle either way)..but when I started it today, the history of dl's is gone.
I googled to restore, and looks like I overwrote the backups, which is no big deal..not concerned about the history so much as..IS THIS NORMAL? or at least others have had it happen?

When it rains it pours...3 days of Credit777 and now WinCredit?
I've not had any good deals for a few months. I did that get100 thing once, then 14 days of calendar that I misplayed and only bothered to get the first real free thing with.
THEN, I started the next calendar, planning it out better, I have 3000 coins banked....and Credit777 pops up...the "buy 2 items" in the first round version...not the best, but really fine....so I start that.
Last night, I got a second Credit777 pop up..this tiime, a "buy 4 items"...again, sucks, because you're initial 100% back should be wasted on something cheap...I got 4 usb light bulbs at like $2 each...I've been wanting to get a number of them, and have used them as cart filler, so no big deal...then got the bulk of the $200 at 80% off.
Tonight, I sit down to claim the calendar and the 2 credit offers... First, WinCredit just pops up...a $400 cash back, but about a $600 purchase. I did do a quick scan thru the list if a few big items I'm interested in are there, but don't see them, so I exit out. If it comes back when I have a bunch of store credit, it's a good way to convert to cash...otherwise, not worth it for only 65% off.
I claim the calendar for the day...getting the "surprise free gifts" popping up, which I burned thru that stuff for the cheap CR777 stuff, so it's mainly just click and go until the end. THEN, I enter credit777 to claim the 2 I need to...and i get a new game offer for it..
It's the buy 4 again, and I've done no pre-staging to hopefully get my want list to be offered into the mix, so I decide to bail. When/if I have store credit built up, or items worth the big spend, I'll try again if it's offered, but not worth it right now.
BUT WHAT'S UP with all of a sudden getting all the offers again?
Anyone else seeing this....that read my epic poem?

Is my credit train back? Why does it look different? $200 credit--help needed
Ok, I was sitting down in the thinking room, and picked up my ipad, and this launched..a wasn't paying too much attention...but..THIS is credit777 right? I've not had it for months..
But it seems different.. what's this "100% credit back for one item"?
What am I missing...if I do a $200 purchase, is that gonna over the top me and I'm good, or is there some game playing I need to do where it's bad now?
I sadly let tiredness and excitement make me ignore details..but if I can get back on the train, choo choo!

My Maps kept sliding in between windows while driving. (app switcher)
The other day, I was driving.. my Iphone 16 Plus was on it's phone mount, I had maps opened.
It kept sliding into "between frames" with app switcher.
I don't recall it doing this before, but it did it several times as I was driving that day.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Maps: Can you send a route from your Computer to phone?

I'm making a route of errands on my mini, and wanted to send it to my phone, but the options are grey out. Can you not do this?
Seems like a huge oversight if not, but it wouldn't be the first one of those with maps and this kind of thing with apple 😞

Mac: Does Photocatch still work?
re: title. on a M4 Macbook Air.
I'm VERY new at this...never heard of it til a day a go...just trying to make a .obj from an image I've made.
Searching I found pointers to Photocatch, but it's recent reviews on the mac app store all say it doesn't work anymore.
I've followed it's advice for images...I have a bunch of different angles and positions for the rendering...but it throws an error when I try it.
(I've tried ReplicaFREE fwiw, same issue..so maybe it IS on my images)
But I figure my first stop is to see if people are still using Photocatch, or if sometime in the years since the posts about it it stopped working.
