I plan to go into medicine by taking bio + chem. the 3rd subject now must be either physics, or mathematics. But i’m very confused in which one to pick. Everyone and every atom i know keeps saying that physics is a slaughterhouse, a extreme demon typa Alevel subject and is nothing like IG, and where i would suffer miserably and get tortured while they all say Maths is a heaven’s hand with happiness and eternal delights. I’m confused at this point. Physics is ALSO required in many, many entrance exams in some countries like Pakistan, even if i don’t do my University in Pakistan, maths and physics are considered equal. For medicine, i plan to take MBBS or BDS. Biotech is also in the line of sight, but that requires maths so not really. Any Alevel student can tell me, is all of the physics a huge hyperbole? Is it so true that i should take maths over physics if i score a 94 PUM in physics but an 77-79 in maths for my MJ26 scores? Thanks for reading fr. Taking Edexcel IAL / IAS for A-level. im so confused coz i notice some countries like pakistan require bio chem phy for medicine, some others accept math, then bio-med requires math, obviously the standard is bio+chem, i don’t know about the third subject. The thing is im not sure where i will go for University. It may be pakistan, the UAE, or even the USA, who knows? I wanna know if the students who completed IG/G MJ2026 are opting for medicine/biotech, are taking maths OR physics as their third subject. Thanks for reading this slop. If it matters, which is def doesn’t im predicting A* in Physics and an A in math for igcse cambridge (v2 if ur wondering). So like i’m confused on biotech/med and the combo, wanna know ur thoughts, esp Alevel students.

Anyways how do i decide between maths / physics? If igcse performance matters, i’m expecting A* physics, A in math but we all know igcses dont dictate alevel performance to a large extent. I wanna know what other students pursuing medicine also think. You may say it varies by Unis or countries, but i’m sure that the subjects itself have an impact, like Maths could be more valuable in the future, if not atleast higher then Physics, or Physics is automatically useless in some fields, etc… im a bit lost. I shouldn’t take this lightly atleast, yk?

My sis got the game on ps5 as she likes harry potter i guess, she plays it minimum 6hours a day which is interesting. The countries in mind are likely UAE, US and maybe Canada but consider the first two. ive only heard that phy and maths are equal but im sure theres a hidden aspect. Ty guys

do y’all think it’s possible to do (all edexcel IAL) triple science and maths for alevels… i can’t decide what to do, i literally cannot…. And my parents can’t afford Uni so i’m being forced to take all and see which is decided as time passes

This might sound like random numbers and if you think that you probably aren’t entirely wrong but i did not miss any paper. Also, i did not sit for anything else. Btw these are absolutely not official and don’t completely rely on them, they are probably really really close though.

Completed igs in mj2026 lol i did triple science math eng mainly but i dont know what on earth to do for my AL. I dont want to do medicine as it may be painful and hard… not sure if i can do finance with the absence of igcse business subs… etc… i’m lost as hell, might take math chemistry physics but that’s a painful combo and idk shit. I took triple science math in cambridge IGCSE so like wanna know. My parents are not letting me take this combo cause they dont understand but it keeps engineering and finance/accounting open. I won’t really do medicine, it’s too much. Not sure about taking chemistry, because im ‘expecting’ A* in physics and biology, but i dont even know if i’ll score an A in chemistry, it’s generally a weird subject and it’s not even linked with physics or maths. I am going into AS (via school) now appearing MJ 2027, i want to decide my path & career or have an idea about it now, so that i don’t regret it later. For starters i did cambridge igcses (in pak), awaiting for results on August 18th. and now ‘returned’ to Dubai and will do my IAL here (in gems). I took triple science (bio chem phy) and maths along with english (Second Language 0510). I want to likely opt for a career surrounding accounting/finance. I initially thought of pre-med but realistically it is not very easy and requires a bit of suffering as i have seen from others in life. So i want to go into ACCA most likely, as in C.A (chartered accountant) my personality according to my family and even generation seems to fit for something like this, i also have a fair base understanding about it and i do agree with them. So i want to know what combination is best or to take for A-L, and the grades i should realistically aim for, minimum + best. I am not sure of taking business-related alevels as i havent done them in igcse and ACCA requires no such background from what i’ve heard, but idk i am not very sure much, i just wanna do ACCA I am sure of that much, and remain in Dubai atleast.

I am beginning as a student of GFS Dubai Al-Barsha, for my ALevels, (beginning with AS). I am very confused with the board, i did and completed my Igcse’s properly via school in pakistan, and i’ve also received my admission in GFS. Im mainly confused about ‘AQA International’ i do not properly understand the board of GFS, i am aware what aqa is but does GFS really do it? Like i am receiving many different answers from places and about the subject codes and stuff, theres like more then one type of AQA in AS or something, not sure. I am taking Biology Chemistry & Physics in AS. Could someone with knowledge of these subjects at GFS/completed GFS tell me the subject codes, and if they are difficult, aligned to a student who did cambridge igcses. Also i would like to know how the schooling is, is the teaching good? I don’t really care about anything besides the teaching skills, and the students/environment aswell! bro i just played my first run i know everything abt the game as i used to watch it when i was kid, a fucking titanosaurus spawned in south zone 1 like on the land infront of me 🥀 then i just played like normal and found a level 70 parasaurus with default settings 💀 i left it ONCE and then i came back and saw a dilophsaurus finished eating it.. it was at 80% bruh
