I'm sure you're all aware of flipkart and it's shady practices. I ordered a pair of bayaband crocs from Flipkart on the 7th of August - they told it'll be delivered by 8th. I bagged a good deal at rupees 2175 and I was happy for it
Come 8th of August - they put a fake delivery attempt was made and didn't deliver my order. Further when I raised q complaint they gave me a delivery date of 10th August delayed by one more day. Remember the customer support told me it'll be delivered by 9th August 2026 maximum.
I contacted NCH , wrote to the grievance manager all in vain. Absolutely no response. Today I saw the same crocs available in Amazon for 2400. Should've just gotten it from a reliable site instead of a scam party like flipkart.
The scam begins here : basically they didn't have the product at 2174 because that's way too much of a discount. So they acted like they shipped the order and it's stuck at the warehouse. The logs show them trying to so called deliver - but it didn't come out for delivery even once. And when they do or thrice - the delivery auto cancels. But i was smart enough to notice it at the second attempt and immediately raise a complaint to NCH regarding delay and delivery fraud so they couldn't do that. Hence they're playing the delay game now. Delays on delays so that I'll never get my product and will cancel the order out of frustration.
Now I understand why flipkart as a platform will fall off. It's never a competition to great companies like Amazon.
Ordered a crocs bayaband on the 7th of August and it was scheduled to be delivered by 11pm today as of latest.
Come today , I see they said delivery attempted but they actually they're just faking it in their logs. I took a screenshot of the seller yesterday before ordering knowing the bullshit they actually do normally and today it actually happened.
Took all the necessary screenshots of the deal , the logistics switching , the price and seller change that they tried to sneakily do and put it on the NCH portal with my grievance.
Since they've already put attempted delivery with their fake logistics twice , one more attempt and it will be auto cancelled. So i got all my evidences and emailed the grievance officer team of flipkart because I'm not gonna let them get away with a fake shipping ID that they're turning around like this.
I'll be escalating this with the help of my frienf who is a lawyer of 6 years as of 2026 in high court of Bangalore dist. This was about the crocs but now it's about the amount of mind bending logic they use.
My terms tomorrow shall be :
Give my order or arrange a replacement from the og crocsindiapvtltd
If you can't give me the remaining of the mrp gap so I can buy it from the genuine crocs store
A 1k voucher for all the stress caused to a professional

I put this fragnance while going to work this morning. Just two sprays mins you and that was at 7am. I can smell those 2 sprays even now 6 hours later just how I smelled it in the morning. 2 compliments today too.
Anytime you get a whiff of that oakmoss it's just beautiful. They really aced it with this one. I'd place it second in my collection after liquid brun. It truly defines a perfume made to last and project.

During the altercation, Mhatre allegedly assaulted nurses, a doctor and the attending gynaecologist.Doctors subsequently shifted the patient to KDMC-run Vasant Valley Maternity Hospital, where the caesarean section was performed and the newborn was admitted to the NICU for observation.
Following the incident, doctors and nurses staged a work boycott on Tuesday morning, suspending routine outpatient and other non-emergency services.

Guys, I know this is small, but we the gang in this forum are the first one to voice out against the forced ethanal blending done by the government using the public as scapegoats, I myself posted some few posts which had great reach and support, with out you guys my fellow bikers this wouldn't be possible, they voiced out against this first in Kerala and TN right at petrol stations with videos posted in social medias and I requested here our north state bikers friends to support them and voice out, that post got some enormous reach, and since now they are also started to oppose, finally the oppostion party has also joined, it's a long way to go, I don't know whether it will end in our favour or they will silence the issue by doing something bigger, but we shouldn't stop, atleast we have to explain this scam to our fellow family members and friends especially to those people who is living in your native places like villages, anyway I'm so proud of this community and fellow bikers.
Edit : I also want to thank the mods of this community for allowing us to voice out freely. Many of my similar posts in the past were taken out immediately on various platforms and subs.
