I struggle with ADHD but I've learned a strategy called body doubling where it helps you focus on a task if somebody's with you, next to you or at least communicating with you.would anybody be interested ? meeting at the library once a week for an hour or two can keep each other accountable on projects with updates of course if privacy is an issue we can just keep it simple.
