That screen grab depicts a crew member going under water during Titanic’s final moments. And then there’s that ad…

I wanted to use what’s left of a gift card (stored in my Subway account) and then pay for the rest with a credit card, but it was a no-go both in the iOS app and online. I contacted Support and received this response.

This Speed Queen top loader (w/agitator) was purchased in July 2015. It just stopped working! I don’t know whether to fix it or just buy a new washing machine.

Major issue: It will fill with water but then instead of agitating I just hear a hum. It will empty and spin if I put it on the Spin cycle. (Now the only agitation comes from my hands! lol) I’m concerned about the availability of parts after reading this sub.

Other issues/considerations I had before the major issue started:

-Sometimes drips water after the spin cycle ends
-Hard to get all the soap out because it spins too slow (I think)
-Bottom part of tub is dirty and needs cleaning (maybe it needs to be taken apart and thoroughly cleaned?)
-The hoses are due for a change.
-The tub seems to move out of place easily. I’m not sure it’s supposed to do that. (Are there supposed to be bumper guards that keep it in place?)

Does anyone have an idea of what might be wrong? What am I looking at cost-wise (presuming there are parts available)? Should I get it repaired or just use that money to buy a new one?

I pulled this out of storage recently. I can’t remember how I got it, but it appears to have not been used much, if at all. I still LOVE Goetze’s caramel cream candies, but I’m not much into playing frisbee. If anyone’s interested in it, write me privately.

I keep trying, but it never shows up on the screen at Self Checkout like other offers do. (I’ve learned if it doesn’t show up on the screen I don’t get it.) Recently I didn’t get Walmart Cash on Haagen Dazs ice cream either. They shouldn’t offer it if they’re not going to give it to us.
