20f have struggled my whole life with severe ocd and suspected adhd, but still undiagnosed. i started on 25 mg but accidentally took a new package of meds thinking it was 50mg. it was 100. i woke up feeling amazing. i could do things that i had been wanting to do for ages. i could process my emotions. i didnt have barely any executive dysfunction. i looked back on my pack and realized. I live in Australia so getting adhd meds is super tedious but i honestly dont feel i need them after Lamotrigine. my only downside is the black current taste as i hate artificial sweet flavors. but this med has made me feel so alive and awake and not tired and productive. im so happy
i have gotten a few boxes of these over the past few months and while i at first wasnt obsessed, the past few weeks, they have grown on me. just yesterday i ran out and today i went to buy more because i was really craving one. between that and some personal things im going through atm i almost genuinely cried when i was told by an employee they are discontinued. i know alot of people didnt like them and i know its really not that serious but WHYYY does anyone have any dupes?
i love the chobani no sugar added vanilla yoghurt and i have roughly 2 sometimes 3 150 gram bowls a day for 60 cals each. i love this stuff, but i am yet to find a substitute for this with similar cals and a lower price. considering they are 680g i cant justify constantly paying 8 dollars every 2 days for them. i used to like the yoplait zero but they have paused production to focus on their protein products 🙄 (im also sick if the constant protein-ification of everything bit thata another post) ive checked aldi, coles and Woolworths and haven't really found anything yet, any recommendations are appreciated

20f i have been on prozac, and Pristiq for 5 years and only a few weeks back was prescribed Zoloft for ocd.i have always been extremely tired on these medications but Zoloft is even worse. i am currently on 50 but my psychiatrist wants me to go up to 150 because he thinks i could be tired from the exhaustion of being mentally which is probably partially true but its 2:00 pm and ive already had 3 naps. i dont have the energy to do anything other than lie on the couch and scroll. i am also starting lamotrigine to hopefully try and manage my feelings of demotivation which i think is generally from undiagnosed adhd but thats another post. im so tired and i want to stop Zoloft. i hate ssris and snris in general. what do i do

20f i have severe eczema/dryness on my hands from ocd and compulsive hand washing. i have tried everything.every cream ect. i have tried different soaps/ soap free washes ect. it can go away temporarily but always comes back. my boyfriend (and i do agree but im scared) thinks i should stop washing my hands for a bit unless ive done a poop because my skin is so dry and stripped of oil it needs time to recover. im terrified about not washing my hands after peeing. i do have pretty bad/severe ocd and yes im seeing a psychiatrist please no mental health suggestions. what do i realistically do?
its cold where i live at the moment and have only done iontophoresis once this week. is it ok to only do once a week while cold as in will i have to build up ionto when it warms up again?
20f undiagnosed but trying to get medicated/diagnosed. my previous job treated me really poorly and i constantly have nightmares about working. i have had a 6 month break from working living off savings from my previous job. because of the adhd i feel like ive waisted my time off and im only now close to getting on medication and able to enjoy my free time. im honestly heartbroken that now im almost on meds i have to start working again. i feel like i barely have enough free time as it is and this now means i will have utterly no time to myself. i am constantly tired at work and i dont even completely know what i want to do. i dread losing my personal space and time. like i said despite currently not working i feel like i have no personal time as im constantly tidying or thinking about doing something i want to do and not doing it (executive dysfunction) or im so tired always im needing naps. i know i probably sound like an average gen z whining about working but i genuinely feel like my life isnt mine when im working. im treated like shit in a work setting and i have no personal time. im dreading this and i dont know what to do i honestly cant cope
