My 4 month old kitten, Moon Pie, loves to climb. She likes to do this to watch the dogs outside and also kill flies on the window sill.

What a freak.

I opened my table up for business and only my horse showed up. At least he's supportive!

I had to restart my game last night which I was kinda stoked about cause I was bored before and I love me some build mode, cannabis, and cookies. I get everything set up and my sim (who is me in game) starts cooking. Since she isn't skilled, she starts a fire and catches on fire. Because she is on fire, she cannot call the fire department or extinguish it. Grim shows up and I pass into the next world. The firefighters FINALLY show up and congratulate themselves on putting out the fire while they stare at more fire.

After they warned her ghost to "be more careful next time", she MCCC'd her way back to life and resumed making mac and cheese, but in the outdoor pink cauldron this time. Much safer.

She has displayed her own ashes on her kitchen counter.

Got a replacement for the previous pet, only to have this one ALSO melt in the car on the way home.

Gemma and Moon Pie snuggling today 😭

I got a new kitten this week after losing my cat a few weeks ago. Gemma loved my departed cat Puck and they grew up together. It was breaking my heart to watch Gemma look for her.

I saw Moon Pie on the shelter website and was immediately in. Puck was always a recluse and only came out sparingly to cuddle with us, but Moon Pie sleeps on my face and wants to snuggle with the dogs.

Gemma was also largely unsocialized as she was born in 2020 and that has always been a struggle. I’m finding having another baby animal learning it too at the same time has been so helpful. Gemma is catching on so fast and this photo is proof! Puck never could have cuddled with us like this because Gemma would have been too excited and scared her away. The fact that these two were just sleeping next to each other made me so proud of her.

I suddenly lost my void kitty today. She was 10 and had a stroke. I’m up at 330 missing her little mew she’d do to check if she was alone in the house.

Brucie seemed like the most appropriate shade to wear while I’m processing this shock.

I also bought Menchie cat eye last week because Puck had eyes the same color so I’m excited to get that too. My polish usually reflects my mood so I’m weirdly thankful to Safiya and Cristine for making this shade.
