How am I doing with satin Gunmetal Grey over the obsidian Onyx Black ?

Sold on auction at Phillips in London tonight , the Four Seasons collection of 4 unique 1/1 off-catalogue pieces .
List prices were around $4.8 million each .
Final sale : they ended up being sold for a total amount of $ 49.4 million .
Crazy 🙈

QFactory V9 Le Mans with custom Blue Aventurine dial and Silver Roman hourmarkers 🛠️

This is an AI rendering of a custom Daytona I want to order , a custom build 116509 Daytona with a dial made out of Petrified Wood .
It’s a new source of inspiration , this material is so rich and each slab is unique in it’s own way .
The possibilities are endless .
It’s something new and completely different from all the natural stone and meteorite dials we all know and that quite a few of us already have .
Does anybody have any experience with this ? Knows a TD customiser who could pull this off ?
What’s your take on this ?

My n xt project for a custom build .
How about this hybrid Le Mans based on the RCF/RGF V2 Le Mans ? Acceptable or a no go ?

Why do we never see an Ombre dial on a Daytona ?
Ok , it doesn’t exist and would be a Fantasy watch but looks rather nice imho .
Contemplating ordering this custom piece with an Aventurine or Meteorite dial orned with either Roman or Stick markers .
The pictures are a mere AI rendering of what the watch would look like , not all the details are on par .
