Always Loved Under Armour But A Little Iffy On Some Of Their New Stuff

A few years ago UA had the best contouring t shirts that sculpted the arms and shoulders really nicely. (not the compression fit that makes you look like your trying wayyyy to hard)

Now for the newest lines is a crop top and....this is really different...plain white and colors t shirts! In Fairness UA still has 1 or 2 of their iconic line but hoping that better items will come out in the fall.

In the meantime what if you don't have the abs like this guy? :)

And I'm paying more for this piece but getting 50% less!

More Energy at 45 Than at 25- Don't Buy Into The Aging Decline Trap

One phrase that annoys the F--- out of me is

"Slow down- your not X years old anymore"

My answer is always the same- "Actually I'm glad I'm not 25 as I'm stronger/faster than I was at 25"

Seriously I had some pretty good gains at 25 but who says at 45 you are don't have the energy, stamina or strength than you did at 45?

Part of it I believe is a mindset that if you keep believing you don't have the energy, trust me you'll find excuses to be tired, sore or unmotivated.

Yes I'm sure there are some medical explanations how body composition/cellular make up, etc changes as you age- but 100% all the time for everyone?

And don't even break out a chart or power point slide to illustrate your point!

Full disclaimer- I probably have more Testosterone currently than I had a 25 (no comment on that one) 😄

What Happened To The Cool Under Armour T Shirts for Men??

Not to complain but for several years Under Armour had T shirts for men that had a nice cut that contoured the body and made the shoulder and arms look amazing.

Now I'm checking out their latest styles and alas....nothing really cool is calling to me.

And no comment on the men's crop top t shirt 😄

(to be fair I'm not referring to the compression t shirts- those have always been solid)

Please tell me your going to have something similiar for the fall.

Love UA's stuff and don't want to change brands.

I can't be the only one that feels this way?

Anyone know of a good brand whose T shirts really bring out an athletic physique?

Nobody Talks About The Psychological Edge Fitness Apps Give You

If your just starting out the best advice I can give-

Use an app as the psychological boost you get just from having your last workout right in front of you makes a difference

If you benched 3 sets of 10 at 245 lbs last week- guarantee you're not going home until you at least match that.

I think the competitive edge with your past self is the best motivation. Harder to quit or not do another set knowing damn well you did last week.

FYI..... there are so many apps that are 100% FREE! No need to pay as some apps like Strengthlog, Strong or Hevy give you 90% of the app in the free version.

Weight Loss Now Down to 7 Minutes of Exercise- That ISN'T Exercise

I get people wanting to sell fitness courses but....

  1. Why use an AI actor with a made up story and testimonials?

  2. Trying the win the Race To The Bottom by making people think the absolute least amount of effort is needed. 7 minutes of slow Tai Chi per day and in 30 days...guess what....the weight just comes off

  3. His AI body was achieved by doing only 7 minutes of Tai Chi per day

Who really believes this?

Feedback Needed for Education Video- Help with Messaging and Talking Points

This is an educational video that needs to educate is a way that is not boring and easy for viewers to remember- difficult when dealing with more in depth medical supplements.

First one for a series so need some feedback on:

The angle- Shot slightly to the left as I feel uncomfortable with a straight on shot but do look directly for emphasis

Text/Bullet Points- Did the placement do their job and not distract the viewer but reinforce the talking points?

Overall Flow- From start to finish did the editing achieve a good "flow" for the viewer.

Please be super critical on everything from lighting to quality of graphics, etc.

Thank you all in advance

Making an 8 Week Series- Need input on Editing and Flow

This is the third one in the series out of 8 and for some reason the first and second are lagging behind in engagement.

Moving forward does the video have a "flow"?

Does graphics add to the talking points and help the viewer?

Opinions on the slight angle vs straight on? The reason for the angle is that I don't feel comfortable with a straight on shot.

Be brutally honest as I hope to provide some actual insight in what this video is covering but don't want content that doesn't educate or seems boring.

The FDA Reclassification of Peptides- Good News but Still A Way to Go

So many posts about FDA Unbanned Peptides but...technically the FDA removed from Category 2 or the restricted list. The next step is a formal review process for potential allowing compounding pharmacies to produce those 12 peptides.

If interested here is some background the obvious attempt from the pharmaceutical companies to keep these peptides from NOT being available.
