6 Must Follow Rules When Taking Anavar Tesosterone or PED's

So you've decided you want to look like Jay Cutler and not be a "How did I F--- this up" post on a sub Reddit.

Before any injection or tablet there are 6 rules that apparently a shocking number of people skip and then act surprised when things go sideways.

This video humorously but seriously covers it all-

Reasons not to run your mouth about PEDs,

Why your expectations are probably way off

How to explain to a Doctor that a Reddit forum told you to do this

Bloodwork...yeah its a thing

How to actually "find" gear

Planning a cycle...or just planning something

Regardless of how many cycles you've ran-you may not want to skip any of these.

If I forgot any rules let me know!!!

Only 6 Days Left To Submit A Public Comment To Keep GLP-1 Accessible- Inc Trizeptatide and Semiglutide

The FDA has a committee meeting to discuss banning compounding and manufacturing of GLP-1 medications- this includes Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, and Retatrutide.

By law, there's a public comment period anyone can participate in.

Big pharma's attorneys will be submitting briefs and papers arguing these medications are unsafe and should be banned.

The only real counterweight to that is public comments- a loud, clear signal that these medications matter and make a real difference in people's lives.*remember mentioning costs or being cheaper is NOT a reason. Accessibility is (being in an area with no specialists or doctors except tele med for example).

Here is the link with some info to submit a comment. If you never have then make this the first!!!

The Media Loves 2 Things- Hating on GLP1 and D List Celebrities

Fox news ran a story on actress Mayim Bialik (apparently on the the series Bloom) outlining her experiences taking a GLP 1. Oddly titled....

Mayim Bialik details 'nightmare' after one injection of GLP-1 drug led to weeks of debilitating side effects

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/other/mayim-bialik-details-nightmare-after-one-injection-of-glp-1-drug-led-to-weeks-of-debilitating-side-effects/ar-AA253G1i

What she took and dose was of course never mentioned

One injection and a week of side affects....did someone confuse micro grams with milligrams?

Perhaps most interesting was her description of the side affects

"Explosive, uncontrollable diarrhea. Sulfur burps so violent they left me afraid to open my mouth in public. Sneezing attacks every time I tried to eat or drink"

One has to appreciate the word Explosive when paired with diarrhea 😄

An important point which she says in the article is her past medical history

"Autoimmune disorder Grave's disease....she went on to receive a series of diagnoses including connective tissue disease, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), Sjögren’s syndrome and dysautonomia"

Not mentioned was a yearning to be in a Steven Spielberg movie!

Seriously how would expect not to have any reaction or interaction with the medication one must be taking currently?

Basically half of the article is her horrendous struggle day after day making it sound like she was forced to undergo this. And no feedback from her Doctor?

Wish the media would not got out of their way to only portray peptides in the most negative light possible. How about just one or twice.... report some positive effects of the many peptides that have helped millions with affordable access to weight loss or health improvements.

ps...Maybe we should do a survey what is more terrifying- The GLP-1 experience or waking up with Freddie Kruger Nightmare on Elmstreet?

Exactly How Much Is Keyword Stuffing in Description?

Apologies ahead if this was ready answered- I checked and couldn't find this answer.

When it comes to YouTube descriptions everyone says "avoid" keyword stuffing but exactly how much is to much?

Familiar with keyword stuffing like for a product description, recommended not to go over 2-3%. Perfect

No real concrete data or established SEO norms on the YT side.

Many good recommendations such as write naturally/organically, use the keywords within the first 2-3 sentences., etc.

Example for my next video

Keywords: Testosterone, Anavar, and TRT.

Description is about 200 words

Limit the word Anavar to no more than 3 times? 3 times an overkill?

Any help or tried and true methods appreciated!

Anavar- Don't Crush The Tablet Under The Tongoe- Here's Why It Doesn't Work

Everyone has their own personal opinion- just giving mine from a research perspective.

If you disagree cool- but before going back to the "Works great for me and I’ve done very extensive experiments with these types of things"

Follow the logic and if you have time check out the research papers- They tend not to be opinions

Basically....Taking oral Anavar tablets and placing them sublingually is not just pointless -it's pharmacologically counterproductive.

Issue 1- Anavar barely dissolves in saliva

Anavar is classified as practically insoluble in water. Sublingual drugs need to rapidly dissolve in the thin layer of saliva under your tongue as that's how it's designed to work.

Unfortunately Anavar tablets are compressed with hard binders like microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate, engineered for GI tract breakdown- not for rapid dissolution in a less than of a milliliter of saliva that is in your mouth.

Sublingual tablet design requires drugs to have biphasic solubility. Which in plain English is high enough lipid solubility to cross the mucosa, but... also enough water solubility to dissolve in your limited amount of saliva first.

Smashing a tablet to chalk like consistency doesn't come close to the above.

Issue 2- Dosing becomes less effective

Sublingual delivery depends heavily on the drug not being swallowed in saliva before absorption is complete.

Drug makers designing "real" sublingual tablets have clear instructions on the packaging to avoid swallowing saliva during administration- because even that compromises absorption.

With a standard Anavar tablet that doesn't dissolve quickly you're inevitably swallowing chalky particles and drug loaded saliva the entire time.  Ironically routing it right back through the GI tract. (except without the protective coatings needed to not get destroyed in the GI tract)

Congrats.....you just created a way less effective version of swallowing the pill in the first place.

Show me the Money- Or the science

following is copied/pasted from the research study

For a drug to work sublingually, all of the following must be met:

  • Sublingual epithelium thin enough for passive diffusion (100–200 μm)
  • Slightly higher lipophilicity than required for GI absorption
  • Unionized state at salivary pH (~6.0)
  • Favorable oil-to-water partition coefficient (range: 40–2,000)
  • Adequate water solubility to dissolve in saliva first
  • Must not bind excessively to oral mucosa — binding traps the drug rather than allowing systemic absorption

Source: Innovare Academic Sciences, IJCPR 2017

In other words by doing the crush/dissolve method you are significantly reducing your effective dose by removing the very mechanism the tablet was designed for.

Or..... Just swallow the [explicit] pill

CMV: RFK Jr Did 20 Pull Ups at 71- And He's Pushing Boundaries For New Ideas

Almost 6 months ago RFK Jr did not 5, not 10 but 20 pull ups at Regan Airport.

Of course at 71 year old!

I don't agree 100% with everything RFK says, but is his perspective is coming from someone who takes fitness and diet seriously?

Personally I think alot of people are into fitness or alternative healing- RFK is the first HHS secretary that I see pushing against big pharma in terms expanding access to

Vitamins

Stem cell treatments

Peptides

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Promoting Wellness Farms for nutrients vs pharmaceuticals

Use of psychedelic in treatment of PTSD and other mental illnesses

Yes RFK is a bit out there- okay maybe alot of bit out there 😄

But... because he's affiliated with a political party or he does some "really weird shit" I don't automatically want to be dismissive or overlook the changes he's making.

Huel Black Edition RTD vs. OWYN Pro Elite- Protein Shake Comparison

Recently suggested from this sub to try Huel as I've been an Owyn person for the last 2 years.

I compared Protein, Vitamins/Minerals and lastly Misc ingredients that make a difference.

Protein Sources

Huel**:** Pea protein + faba bean protein which gives a dual source that covers your essential amino acids.

OWYN**:** Proprietary blend of pea protein + organic pumpkin seed protein + flax seed oil. The pumpkin seed protein adds zinc, magnesium

Vitamins & Minerals

This is where Huel has the advantage.

Huel's made as a meal replacement with 27 vitamins and minerals including vitamin D, B12, iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium,

OWYN has some but didn't load up. Contains iron and potassium. No vitamin D, little calcium and no real micro nutrients. It's a protein shake, not a meal replacement.

Ingredients Worth Noting

Huel: No artificial sweeteners, artificial colors or flavors, non-GMO, gluten-free.

The higher sugar (7g) comes from natural sources.

OWYN: Sweetened with monk fruit extract and stevia so zero sugars (bonus if watching blood sugar).

Also contains Gellan Gum- a common thickener/stabilizer but is generally considered safe. The Natural Flavor listing is vague as always.

Surprisingly clean otherwise with their added greens blend (spinach, kale, broccoli) which is a nice touch.

Bottom Line- Personal Opinion

Pick Huel: For a full meal replacement with complete micro nutrients. The 400 calories and 27 vitamins/minerals make it an actual meal, not just a protein hit.

Pick OWYN: If you have a solid eating plan and just want a high-protein, low cal shake to hit your macros. It's more of a pure protein supplement.

Both are certified vegan with no animal products and solid protein quality.

Neither has sketchy artificial sweeteners

Comparison by numbers *making this table is harder than doing heavy leg day!

Huel Black Edition RTD OWYN Pro Elite (Chocolate)
Calories 400 200
Protein 35g 32g
Total Fat 14g 7g
Total Carbs ~29g 3g
Dietary Fiber 6g 3g
Sugar 7g 0g
Sodium 390mg

Let me know what you think

Always Loved Under Armour But A Little Iffy On Some Of Their New Stuff

A few years ago UA had the best contouring t shirts that sculpted the arms and shoulders really nicely. (not the compression fit that makes you look like your trying wayyyy to hard)

Now for the newest lines is a crop top and....this is really different...plain white and colors t shirts! In Fairness UA still has 1 or 2 of their iconic line but hoping that better items will come out in the fall.

In the meantime what if you don't have the abs like this guy? :)

And I'm paying more for this piece but getting 50% less!

More Energy at 45 Than at 25- Don't Buy Into The Aging Decline Trap

One phrase that annoys the F--- out of me is

"Slow down- your not X years old anymore"

My answer is always the same- "Actually I'm glad I'm not 25 as I'm stronger/faster than I was at 25"

Seriously I had some pretty good gains at 25 but who says at 45 you are don't have the energy, stamina or strength than you did at 45?

Part of it I believe is a mindset that if you keep believing you don't have the energy, trust me you'll find excuses to be tired, sore or unmotivated.

Yes I'm sure there are some medical explanations how body composition/cellular make up, etc changes as you age- but 100% all the time for everyone?

And don't even break out a chart or power point slide to illustrate your point!

Full disclaimer- I probably have more Testosterone currently than I had a 25 (no comment on that one) 😄

What Happened To The Cool Under Armour T Shirts for Men??

Not to complain but for several years Under Armour had T shirts for men that had a nice cut that contoured the body and made the shoulder and arms look amazing.

Now I'm checking out their latest styles and alas....nothing really cool is calling to me.

And no comment on the men's crop top t shirt 😄

(to be fair I'm not referring to the compression t shirts- those have always been solid)

Please tell me your going to have something similiar for the fall.

Love UA's stuff and don't want to change brands.

I can't be the only one that feels this way?
