Mixing a bit of this and a bit of that to bring everything up to a higher, less dense form
Soul Psychology, herbs, mysticism, and a bit of plain old gematria might be the direction where humanity is or needs to be heading, technology can be incorporated if only for networking and keeping the knowledge spreading.
Am interested to learn of any modality that you know of that can be utilized toward bringing connection to disconnection, replacement of klippot in a more advanced way (holistically) and activation of the dormant aspects of the self that had to retreat and become hidden from Self (Cain syndrome/shame). All of this without doctrine of religion but keeping the Creator (sans mangod) at the helm in its most direct emanation. Nothing watered down through philosophies, just the yichud, if possible. Now Kabbalah is the stream of thought, however it is not tailored to where we are right now - the language, the transmission, the glossary even, terminology - are out of synch with our world in 2026, especially in light of the massive numbers of the sufferers of trauma. The principles, yes - the application to relational fractures stemming from developmental trauma, are to a very large degree simply lacking.
I do not think that transmission of Kabbalah would negate upgrades and so positing that perhaps the time has come for just that to happen.
How would Jungian psychology and myth describe the concept of homelessness in symbolism?
The wanderer, outcast, the orphan, the refugee, the hermit - all parts of the psyche that are removed from the collective as it applies both to family and community, but also to the world at large. Am looking for possible symbols that would connect safety to home with their placement within, so to speak, happily ever after. What archetypes are needed here?
How many therapists here are themselves in therapy?
A famous psychotherapist/analyst once said that every single therapist must be in therapy themselves to sort out their own issues so that they do not begin washing out, fading, burning out and/or start projecting their own unresolved hang-ups and neuroses onto the client.
How are you working this out in your life?
Pattern recognition - how to rise above the crowd to hone in on riches using your INJF abilities?
I am extremely good at pattern recognition and also reading people, interested in healing, not in stock trades, though if I had someone to wheel and deal where I'd be the trend spotter, could definitely work. But really am drawn to healing the psyche mostly. To be honest I've been doing this since birth, but there was a hiatus where combined with the handwriting analysis I learned, did readings (no payment) as a party trick in a pub. Fun times. I never made money from these aptitudes, but think the time is acutely signaling that it must begin. I want to do this outside the box - but completely - outside.the.box, meaning with flair, intelligence and adding a great thing to the world. There are enough readers out there. Open to suggestions.
This needs to be the anthem song for INJF
Monday finds you like a bomb
That's been left ticking there too long
You're bleeding
Some days there's nothing left to learn
From the point of no return
You're leaving
Hey Hey I saved the world today
Everybody's happy now
The bad thing's gone away
And everybody's happy now
The good thing's here to stay
Please let it stay
There's a million mouths to feed
And I've got everything I need
I'm breathing
And there's a hurting thing inside
But I've got everything to hide
I'm grieving
Hey Hey I saved the world today
Everybody's happy now
The bad thing's gone away
And everybody's happy now
The good thing's here to stay
Please let it stay
Let it stay
Let it stay
Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo the good thing

What books are out there that address adoption trauma and its possible healing?
What books and authors delve into the complexities, the origins, the inner landscape of adoption trauma and its possible healing? Nothing generic - only specific to the attachment disconnection. Thanks.
Have you had an attachment injury, trauma or rupture stemming from infancy?
The connection to a loving, consistent other is vital for health and happiness throughout life. When there is a rupture, trauma or injury in the attachment process, a chasm and separation occurs. This is the parting of the self to the body, resulting in a form of dis-association, and will result in a walling off of the self in self-protective mode, where scar tissue forms in the place and junction where a loving connective process should have naturally unfolded. It is this scar tissue that creates ALL of the mental health issues throughout life, unless the original trauma is re-paired. Notice the word repair - it is a rejoining of 2 parts. There is more on this to expand on, but atm just wondering what your experiences have been and your thoughts on the topic.
At the fundamental core of all mental health issues lies an attachment rupture or disconnect
Been working around this issue for the last few decades and it is absolutely clear to me that all mental health issues stem from some form of rupture in the original attachment process, first to caretaker, then to self then to God/Source in stages. It is the separation of self to other, self to self which allows then negative influences to take up residence that then manifest as the various mental conditions which are known.
Healing the rupture from the core, at the junction from where it manifested is where the work needs to transpire. The very moment of connection/attachment creates signals within and without the brain/mind/body/soul, laying down a foundational neuropathway that remains for life. It is this foundational level that allows the person to attract, maintain and love within relationship. The rupture is a chasm, a divide, the mechanism of separation, that one then constantly and desperately will need to locate, navigate but eventually descends/falls/sinks into. The cycle which then repeats, furtively attempting to attach, but due to the original spark/chemical/knowledge aspect missing they remain stuck, and so retreat, numb or run or do what is needed to preserve self.
The constant hum of aliveness within the body/mind/soul is the thread to the Divine/God/Source, this remains as tether and will operate as a beacon, life-sustaining, rejuvenating force for life. It can also impart spiritual sustenance. It is a connection that can not be severed, except in death. The belief system in a rupture will then take on a life of its own, creating the necessary filters and belief system to reinforce itself as it is known. *There is a God, but not for me. God is unfair, I don't believe in God, God hates me* etc. These belief systems carry on to beliefs about self and others, unless the other can relate in a way that bypasses the fear activation process. and possesses the ability to maintain a constant signal of reassurance and presence, emulating and reenacting a loving caretaker's role.
Therapies as we know them have all tried to re-pair the attachment through various windows of thought, that building psychological bridges or other artificial structures might create a mental/psychological bandage strong enough to serve the individual in their quest for relationship. With enough convincing the subconsciousness or super consciousness, the higher aspects of self, perhaps there could be even a bypassing of this rupture altogether and formulate relationships that are based on understanding or pre-set rules agreed upon, but the love aspect is missing.
I am proposing that at the development stages, from conception to birth to toddlerhood to childhood to adolescence to adulthood there are milestone sparks, grooves and added layers to the foundational level that together with conditioning, genetic codes and nuances comprise the aspect which is known as attachment. Without addressing these milestones, their structure in particular is missing the entire mark. I believe that these structures are multifaceted and in this, the approach to re-pair too must be on a multi-tiered, dimensional level as well. That is the gestalt of this and it's probably been written somewhere, though I have not read this, only come to these conclusions via experience and deep reflective thought.
Major CME event - how do Aquarians roll with sun eruptions?
reddit.comTEDtalk You are your microbes
Your body is a wonderland.
From the microbes in our stomachs to the ones on our teeth, we are homes to millions of unique and diverse communities which help our bodies function. Jessica Green and Karen Guillemin emphasize the importance of understanding the many organisms that make up each and every organism. Interesting info - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X8p0vhsWRE
What is the one most important lesson the microbiome has taught you, through trial and error?
Am getting back to the basics and it all does come down the network of flora, enzymes and nerve impulses in our guts. If your gut could give a small speech on what is vital to its well-being, what would it say? What have you learned from listening to what it needs?
How do you interface with your family of origin?
Or offspring? The snags and tangles are endless with this. I finally had to put out a huge boundary with offspring. When you know, you know. Just wondering how everyone deals? Essentially nobody speaks to anyone else, nobody is on the same vibe, there's anger issues, dysfunctionality and no empathy. I tried and now probably not ever more.
INJF and Aquarian?
Anyone here both?
INFJ (Advocate) is a personality type with the Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Judging traits. They tend to approach life with deep thoughtfulness and imagination. Their inner vision, personal values, and a quiet, principled version of humanism guide them in all things.
>
While they have lofty goals and ambitions, INFJs shouldn’t be mistaken for idle dreamers. People with this personality type care about integrity, and they’re rarely satisfied until they’ve done what they know to be right. Conscientious to the core, they move through life with a clear sense of their values, and they aim to never lose sight of what truly matters – not according to other people or society at large but according to their own wisdom and intuition.
Please share how lack of empathy showed up in your life and what was the turnaround for you and how you were able to develop empathy as a result. How has it made a difference for you?
Any thinktanks for improving some aspect of the planet? Thinking maybe it's time that happened. If we're forward thinkers, why is this forward thinking not being actively applied towards actual transformation from grassroots level up to usher in that Age of Aquarius. The AOA happens regardless, but it's the Aquarians who are being asked to step up to the leadership plate. Maybe not on reddit, but surely there's a place for this to begin.
Numerous high profiled cases have been looked at from multi-level avenues and spectrums, but it's hugely frustrating that the most obvious, the root causal, the elephant on everyone's lap in the preverbal living room is right there and nobody is examining it for what it is, namely why a criminal mind adopts evil as its primary or compartmentalized operating system, what happened generations back, to whom, at the very act of conception (where, why and how - the influences) attachment to caregiver, the dynamics between parents and the interfacing of the perp as a child with their surroundings.
This seems to be crucial, the very impetus and genesis, but because every single aspect is crucial in understanding how the individual became who they became, without examination of the roots, the case becomes one for the files or maybe to dust off and to become a textbook learning chapter. The only reason this holds interest for me and probably to others out there (make yourselves know, ye psyche sleuths) is to recognize the patterns and in this to isolate the psychological, historical, spiritual, physical, mental, societal factors and formulate how this particular psyche came into being, with a very open mind, where every stone is overturned and examined.
Was thinking this could prove beneficial not only in identifying the factors, but to recognize them enough to bring more awareness to those who work in the field, from parents to schools, to workplaces and from psychologists to investigators. Thought we could possibly start with a high profile case such as Tanner Horner.
Wondering what unique ways you've been able to tap into the genius and flares?

I tried a few times to quit, the headaches were abominable. I can't do this cold turkey and need a surefire way to ease out. I have all sorts of coffee substitutes - chicory, barley, reishi. Green tea or matcha are not substitutes and this is not an option. What worked for you?
