Give Nunes another chance?

It feels a bit harsh to judge Gustavo Nunes too heavily on his first couple of years at Brentford considering how much time he lost through injuries. Now that he's back involved in pre-season, should the club give him a proper chance before considering another loan?

Which retired athlete was the most surprisingly soft campmate?

We always expect the ex-rugby players or hard-nosed footballers to come in and dominate every physical challenge without flinching, but half the time they end up being the biggest softies in camp who cry over family letters and scream at spiders.

Do you think working at Spoons has made you better at dealing with people?

After dealing with all sorts of customers, awkward situations, and the occasional nightmare shift, I reckon you probably get pretty good at reading people and keeping your cool. Wondering if anyone else feels like they’ve actually taken that skill with them after working there.

Who actually killed Theo Silverton, because there’s no way it was Sarah?

Sarah being locked up on remand for Theo’s murder feels like a massive misdirection. She pushed him during an argument, sure, but the aftermath feels way too convenient. Was it actually Gary covering his own tracks again, or is someone else on the cobbles hiding something massive?

Are the booster tins from B&M and Home Bargains actually worth buying?

I constantly see people posting about finding random mini tins, collection boxes, or clearance tins in B&M, Home Bargains, and Aldi for £10-£15. Are these usually repacked with older Scarlet & Violet / Sword & Shield packs, or is it mostly just overstock of low-tier promos that didn't sell elsewhere? Have you ever hit a major pull from a bargain store tin?

How much attention do you pay to underlying stats versus simple eye-test matching?

You look at the underlying metrics and a player has an Expected Goals (xG) and Expected Assists (xA) off the charts, but every time you watch them play they look completely off the pace and misplace simple passes. On the flip side, someone else scores a worldie from thirty yards with an xG of 0.02. When making crucial transfer decisions, do you lean heavier on underlying statistical data and heat maps, or do you trust your intuition from watching match highlights?

What is your opinion on the pizza slices compared to proper takeaway pizza

My younger brother swears that two slices of Greggs pizza for lunch beats a fresh delivery pizza from a takeaway, mostly because of the thick crust and tomato sauce. Personally, I think they are great value when hot, but if they cool down even slightly the dough gets a bit rubbery. How do you rate their pizza setup?

Why are wild camping spots being ruined by the leave trace behind crowd?

I hiked up to a quiet tarn in the Lake District last month hoping for a peaceful overnight wild camp, only to find three abandoned cheap supermarket tents, leftover disposable BBQs, and plastic rubbish scattered across the grass. It is heartbreaking because responsible wild campers who pitch late, leave no trace, and pack out all waste are getting tarnished with the same brush by national park authorities and landowners. How do we protect the unspoken culture of wild camping when bad behaviour is pushing for stricter bans?

Are booster bundles quietly becoming the best product to open for pull rates and value?

I used to always buy Elite Trainer Boxes for every new set release, but lately the extra dice, sleeves, and cardboard boxes just end up sitting in my closet collecting dust. I picked up a couple of booster bundles recently and felt like the price-per-pack ratio was vastly better, plus they take up virtually zero storage space. Are you shifting towards buying booster bundles and display boxes instead of ETBs and collection boxes?

Which non league signing from any recent summer do you think was so obviously clever that you wondered how no professional club had moved for them before the step below got there first?

It happens every window at this level. A player becomes available, a National League or step two club moves quickly, and within six months it's obvious that three or four Football League clubs should have been faster. Would love to know which arrivals people here think represented the shrewdest bit of business at non league level in recent memory and what it was about the player that made it so obvious in hindsight.

What is your preferred budget dash cam setup?

Wanting to install a front and rear dash cam just in case something happens on the road, because as a new driver I feel like insurance companies or dodgy drivers might try to pin blame on me in an incident. Looking for something reliable that does not cost a bomb. What do you use?
