This is probably going to sound like an old-person take, but some of the best MIC drama was literally just people sitting around a table saying something completely inappropriate and then everyone having to deal with it. Now half the discussion seems to be about TikToks, Instagram posts and who liked what. I still enjoy the show, but I do wonder if the social-media era has changed what makes MIC interesting.

I swear League Two is becoming impossible to call. One week a team looks like promotion material and the next they’re dropping points against a side near the bottom. The margins feel so small that a couple of results can completely change the picture. That unpredictability is what makes this league so good, though. There’s rarely a straightforward weekend, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the table looks completely different in a month.

Going 2-0 up showed plenty of character, but letting West Ham come back to 2-2 makes it feel like two points dropped. We had a brilliant first half, with Caleb Taylor and Camiel Neghli putting us 2-0 up, but West Ham came out much stronger after the break and scored twice.

If we're going to keep running Lyndon Dykes up front, our wingers and full-backs need to actually put quality balls into the box. He’s winning his fair share of aerial duels, but half the time he's fighting for absolute garbage service or feeding on random knockdowns. If we aren't crossing with precision, his main strengths are basically getting wasted.

Whenever a massive international hit drops (like Squid Game, Lupin, or the latest Nordic noir thriller), my flatmate insists on watching it with the English dubs.

It drives me mental. Listening to an intense emotional scene where a French actor's lips don't match the posh, overly crisp American voice actor reading the script completely ruins the immersion.

Are you a subs purist, or do you prefer dubs so you can look at your phone without missing what's happening?
