A player becomes available, a National League or step two club moves quickly, and within six months it's obvious that three or four Football League clubs should have been faster. Would love to know which arrivals people here think represented the shrewdest bit of business at non league level in recent memory and what it was about the player that made it so obvious in hindsight.
