For context, in September we had house construction and my mom drank 15 times during this period. She tends to act annoying when drunk.

So fast forward towards the end of the month, my mom attacked my dad he got hospitalized and she got sent to jail. On October first she had court and was released and one if my older sisters let's call her sister 1 I would tell sister I about my mom and hearing them have sex.

The next morning my mom talked me and sister 1 leaned 3 months of our texts on ig. I can't have ig but I have it to talk to my siblings.

So fast forward to last Sunday, my dad said that he and my mom are going through my phone so I told sister two about it.

A few hours later my dad was telling at me. We went in and ate then sister 2 told my dad about my texts then they took my phone for a week

. I had a old second phone so I hid it and on Monday I came home and it was missing.

So yesterday we were drive ng my younger sister to a party and she told me if I have it I will never have a phone again.

Today, I got my phone back, she told me to delete it, I deactivated it later today. Right now she is drinking with my dad.

How do I get over this situation and move on?

For context, on August 30tg my mom drank beer starting at 2pm then my neighbor came over and he brought 80 proof tequila. Next my mom got annoying, and was blasting music she could barely stand. I had school the next day. And she ate half of my dad's week's worth of lunch.

Then on September 4th I came home my mom was drinking and me and my dad went to menards and in a 2 hour period she drank 12 bud lights. So I ran over to the neighbors house. When I was at the neighbors house, my mom,dad and my neighbor went to get more beer and she flipped off a random semi driver and he brought tequila or hard liquor again. Then I came home and my mom was shouting we can't do it meaning sex in front of me. Then she kept bombarding my dad and my dad got a new job and my mom was being all negative about it.

On Sunday she decided to drink again and she was fine because my younger sister had a friend over. then her friend left that same neighbor and came again my dad told my mom no shots when we were doing a campfire. Then my mom secretly begged the neighbor for peanut butter whiskey and she had 4 shots of it. Then the neighbor left and we went to the garage and my dad found out and was upset. Then a half hour later my mom was barely standing and un comprehensive. Next, me and my dad laid in his bed and my mom came in and randomly laid on his feet. That's where she slept.

So here we are, today I came home from a long day of school my dad's at work now and I saw her drinking and she is now very annoying, saying random things like "good!" To know one then goes to the bathroom it is now 9:30 at night she is in the garage drinking more still and I have school and a large test tomorrow.

On August 18th she drank 48 times this year and now it is September 8th and she had been drunk 55 times this year. Now she is randomly calling my younger sister's name

So whenever I'm downstairs for a few minutes my mom yells "what are you doing" it is so annoying because I am 16 when I'm trying to get water. Then a few minutes ago I brought downstairs my laundry and I thought I should get a drink, fill up my water bottle and get a snack. So my mom yelled what are you doing again when I was filling up my water I said getting a snack. Next, I poured some hot Cheetos in a bowl she did the same thing what are you doing / what are you getting. This was at 7:45 pm I said getting some chips she said why, you don't need to be eating. I said I'm hungry, she said it better not be a big bowl. Like I'm not gonna pour this big ass bowl just want a couple chips. Like I'm 16 I can grab a snack if I want one I'm not a little kid. And she needs to back off and mind her own damn business because she did this in less than a 5 minute period.

So before the incident my mom started drinking at 11 am I was already not happy with her for breaking her promise if not drinking. Then she had the neighbor come over they were drinking then the neighbor was about to leave then my mom forcefully grabbed my chair and sounded it I gave him a handshake then he left.

Then an hour later I was going to help her make dinner. So while we were preparing dinner she dumped minced garlic on our zucchini and eggplant we grew in our garden. I said just use garlic powder then she was eating the raw veggies when we are supposed to cook them. I told her to stop she did somewhat stop. Then she dumped tajihn on 2 corn cobs which I shucked earlier. Next we went outside and she called me a name while eating the vegetables. Then I said "I'm not cooking with you" then she got mad and I started cooking. Then I put the meat on and she was making me flip the pork chops and chicken every second even after I flipped them and then she ate more of the veggies that I was putting on the grill.

Then after that she picked a fight with my dad and I asked him for help he wouldn't help me. Next, she kept moving the corn to the top shelf which made it fall inside of the grill twice my dad used his hands to get it out. Then we finished the food and it was overcooked. So I told her I am not eating this.

Then a half hour later I had to go to the bathroom and she came up trying to get in. This caused a fight multiple times this year.

Then she came in to eat some food she had her cheeks showing and she couldn't understand the simplest thing I said she said what I said whatever then she said whatever and her voice sounded extremely annoying and weird.

Then 20 minutes after that my mom came in, she went to lay down so I gave her an ice pack and a bottle of water.

Then my dad went into the shower. Then he came out and they went into his room and they had sex and I could hear it.

Then I told him the food was trash. And he told my drunk mom what I said and she got mad at me. Then my dad came in to eat he said it was good and then they got into another fight about her being stupid and annoying.

Next, she asked me for food, so I made her a ham and cheese sandwich and it is still sitting on her bedside table 2 hours later.

Then, they went into his room again and had blasted music loudly and now they are asleep.

AITAH for being mad at my parents for causing fights, having sex where your kids could hear it even having loud music playing and being mad at my mom for calling me names and causing me to mess up the dinner.

So me, my dad and my mom were hanging out in the garage and they been drinking since noon. The incident happened around 7,pm so me and my parents were sitting in the garage my mom asked me to go in the house then my dad said no he can stay here then she kept getting closer repeating the same question the she was shaking and moving my chair I was sitting in an office chair. Then she was to my dad help me and he just gave in so I went inside and slammed some doors. But I'm 16 you don't get to try to get physical with me because I can straight up punch you in your face and she would be in the hospital. She thinks because I'm on the spectrum she gets to treat me like I'm a little kid. And when she got close to me and shaking my chair I could of easily injured her. But she treats me like little kid and won't realize I'm basically grown now.
