found a piece of article on Kundalini in a local magazine - "prayas" (India)
Taking aide behind kundalini experience -
"I do not understand what is it about kundalini that almost thousands of people are mad about it ? Sometimes, I feel it is divine, yet sometimes, I feel it not so.
I read an article the other day on a local newspaper, where an author mentioned that majority of people when they grow up, do feel onset of energy in their body, which is natural. We all to some extent do this.
Many utilize that extra energy by spending time with family and kids or doing extra co-curricular or chores.
Many, who are sensitive in nature, start bothering themselves too much*. They* give it names like kundalini and chakra cleansing and what not.
You would notice, many of those writers who often write about kundalini have gone through some sort of mental or emotional disturbance experience. Now, that they have gone thru it, and the society, their near and dear ones know the person has a record of disturbed state*, they like to hide it. They start calling it kundalini energy, chakra cleansing, reiki and what not.*
This is their way taking 'safe shelter' and protecting themselves from stigma of 'disturbed person'. While the fact is, I myself have experienced kundalini, and I have been fortunate to find a perfect master, who has always thought of kundalini as a nothing but an a state 'nature's calling'.
This is not same 'natures call' as what we often associate with widdling or all other acts we like to execute in rest rooms, but, this is a new forms of nature call.
My master Osho, has often said - meditation is not kundalini, and vice versa. Kundalini, is an act, where all your body heat, starts accumulating at a point in the body, and you are having hard finding where it is and how to release it. The fact and resolution is that there is no need to release it.
People often feel pain, in neck, chest, or head, when, this hot flush of energy, occupies place in upper centers. My Master said, that whenever kundalini rises, and if the person experiences pain, that is a sign of 'nature calls'. It is a sign of that nature is calling you to leave your work, and rest.
people in spirituality, often consider work as the biggest hurdle in their lives. They think, that if there was no work, their life would have been just excellent, however, That is often not the case.
Problems and pains show up when the person starts thinking of doing something, and that is what worsens their experience.
When Nature calls you for rest, i.e. when pain starts showing up, in the body, it is highly suggestive, that you leave your work and lay in complete rest. As you rest*, do not, try doing anything*, no kriyas, no meditation, nothing - simply lay in rest. Just observe, what is this kundalini trying to do with you and why ?
I myself, experienced this, was left often with answers that show up why this happens is because, the very nature of humanity and evolution is against the idea of work, collecting richies, becoming capitalist making extra wealth all the time, finding perfect partner. (atleast thinking about all of this all the time in back of mind).
Kundalini rises, because, something within you wants to remind you about -true nature of existence is not in being capitalist, it is not in work. People often call kundalini divine, It is divine, because it immediately acts within you, instantly reminding you and showing you the true meaning of existence, just like a a teacher in school wants to show and teach you (1 and 1) is 2.- Master use to say this.
Leaving work aside, and laying in complete rest, is what the divine energy wants us to realize is the nature of not just human existence but of emotion and mental existence. Look at what buddhist monks do in monasteries ? they work, they work just for few hours, later spending time doing nothing, absolute nothing.
Our closer associates Animals, lay in complete rest - 24-7. Our ancestors, 100, 200, 500 years back, were lesser capitalist and used to spend time more often in rest, or often spent lived their lives more in socialist terms' - doing what can be done, or often not doing anything (including thinking) about what cannot be undone - thus spending lot of time, in complete rest. "

I hope you are all doing well. Today I want to share a story that may sound unbelievable, yet it has been one of the greatest gifts in someone’s life.
I have been an Osho follower for many years. My journey into meditation began with his discourses. Those familiar with Osho know that in his early talks he often mentioned techniques that could heal both the mind and the body. He would recount moments when, as a guest at someone’s home, he guided a bedridden person into meditation. Within minutes, the person would slip into deep silence, sometimes opening their eyes only an hour later, transformed by the experience.
Stories like these always felt mystical to me, yet deeply inspiring. Over time, I began practicing these techniques myself. In his Hindi discourses, Osho described them as “a process of internal seeing — opening the knots in the body.” He explained that anger, weakness, and suffering arise from these knots. Osho has many a time spoken about this often in his discourses in hindi.
Through consistent practice, especially on weekends and holidays, I began to understand the foundation of technique, which was - the art of seeing inside. Few minutes of sitting in meditation would often give results like feeling joyful, positive, and it was because of this that there was a natural inclination to spread Osho's message about love throughout.
Earlier this year, in January, doctors discovered a stage I thyroid tumor in my uncle. He too loved hearing Osho’s discourses, and that was our common bond for us. Few days later, My mum was speaking to Uncle and handed the phone to me, I inquired about his health and that I heard so and so happened. (about his illness ). Later, I informed him about Osho's techniques and asked if he would be open to trying this meditation. He agreed to this.
A few weeks later, I along with my family visited him. I straightway went to his room, upstairs there sitting by his bedside, I guided him gently into the practice- asked him to keep his attention at a point in his neck area, and find any sources of pain around that area. He closed eyes, lay in silence for a 4-5 minutes, and then opened eyes, with mild smile. Initially, I thought, he was about to laugh, but, he didn't.
There was a calmness in his face along with smile. We did not speak. Suddenly a voice comes asking us both to come downstairs for dinner. It is important to mention here, He himself is fond of hearing discourses for long time. A cupboard in his room had many books including books by Osho written in Hindi and English, both languages. We didn’t speak much, went downstairs. Later as we were leaving, that evening, while meeting him, he said, “I will try doing more !". With these words, there was a smile on his face and mine too.
Months passed without further conversation. In late July, last week, my father received a call from my uncle, where he mentioned about a good news. The news was that Uncle's tumor had gone into remission. Father informed this to me and also said, Uncle wanted to speak to me. I called him the next day, his voice was filled with cheerfulness, as I sensed, as he opened the conversation . He called me “son”, and I greeted him. Later he shared that he had been practicing the meditation technique all these months, alongside his medical treatment.
I was overwhelmed with joy. I remember I jumped as I heard him saying this. I had assumed he might have forgotten our last conversation, but instead he had embraced the practice and was doing it all these months. Not just that, this meditation was perhaps one of reasons for dissolution for his illness.
This experience reaffirmed my faith in Osho’s teachings. I am grateful to the beloved Master, and to the communities on platforms like reddit and telegram who continue to share Osho's message and his discourses so that more people can benefit.

ok. Now, we have all known the paper leaks scene at national level. I am writing this post, just wanting to understand what is the scene we have in JK ?
Have you, personally known anyone here, who apparently got a government seat in some college or a job using his or her links with paper leak mafia?
I do understand, this is a small town, similar paper leaks may be happening here too, but, they totally go un-noticed.
Please share your stories, if you have come to know any of such cases among your circle.
Hindu Raksha Dal - Pinky Singh says all protestors are anti-hindu. Says they will handle the protestors at Jantar Mantar - on 24th July onwards themselves.
(India) - Any Osho followers from Delhi, wants to join on-going protests in Delhi with us ?
Let's sit in meditation at protest site for few minutes ? By sitting in meditation, we can give Osho's real Message to the youth there - "to be peaceful, and find harmony within"
Is there any one who would want to join in ?
Someone said this so true - Only Women can save humanity !

Anyone from jammu planning to join protests in delhi ?
If yes, please let me know, we can club together, and be a team and visit.
Boss.. what's this scene at apsara road. dropped someone outside BSNL, and waited for 3-4 minutes for person to return.
Immediately someone came, and said 'parking'
he took Rs 30, and gave slip. later I read the slip, and found Rs 15 for 1 hour.
what's this loot baazi ?
also, I was on a small car maruti zen . Someone in big car came in front of me, and parked. The parking boy did not even go near him.
what's this loot baazi ? chodi gadi dekho, aur usse parking maang lo ? aur zyada paise bhi lelo ? what is this scence ?
Images like these are popping up everywhere.
The government and media is triggering emotional side of people, and setting a theme that - 'CJP protestors are violent.'
They are not showing that 1000's of Protestors were brutually attacked by police, yesterday.
One such image is of lady officer-
Few thoughts to think upon -
What is the proof that she is actually injured ?
Can't it just be a blank bandage ?
Who knows what's inside that bandage ?
It can be a normal, healthy arm. No ?
If an officer is injured, unwell, why is she giving interviews every where, on every channel ? Why is she still on ground ? what is she doing there ?
The government is playing really smart, they have taken over the media and newspaper media.
Shameful part is - Many of these media and press people, too know, that protests against govt. are valid, despite that they are covering up
and showing government as being modest and protestors as being un-modest.
Rajat Sharma(Alien's) India TV is showing a lot of police personnel got injured. They did not say/show how many CJP protestors got injured.
This is how they are story-biasing the Uncles and Audiences.
I am an aspirant. I have made notes in form of google maps. These map-notes are extremely useful in remembering the major spots and locations.
