Is there a comprehensive map of the Winnie the Pooh universe which encompasses all of the movies etc?

I tried to make one when I was a kid but gave up. I know that there is a map of the Hundred Acre Wood, but what about the places they go to Grand Adventure, Tigger Movie etc?

Is there a lack of continuity between each movie/TV show/video game?

Thank you.

Do you think they would remaster or do a sequel to Piglet’s Big Game?

Very strange but I had a dream about it last night - a new remastered version released for newer consoles.

Obviously we know Doki Denki studios are no more, same with Gotham Games, and it has been 23 years since the game was released. But who currently owns the rights to the game?

For Disney, would a new Winnie the Pooh video game be profitable? As it seems not as popular as it was in the early 2000s with all the direct-to-video releases.

But after the attention the game got on TikTok and YouTube a couple years ago, with the game‘s developers releasing never-before-seen footage and an old trailer, could it be a possibility in the future?

There is a similar debate ongoing about The Simpsons Hit and Run, which was released in the same year!

What should you do on a two lane road when a larger vehicle (e.g. lorry, tractor) is coming towards you and they’re straddling the lane?

This is when a larger vehicle straddles over into your lane.

I tend to slow down and move further to the left to let them pass, but sometimes this is difficult down the narrower two lane roads and you end up passing one another quite closely. They make no effort to slow which can sometimes be a bit worrying.

Just wondering whether I’ve been doing the right thing. Thanks in advance!

What colour are the graduation gown hoods?

Trying to effectively plan my dress and shoes for 2027 graduation lol

Also what sort of vibe did you go for with your graduation dress? Colourful or not? Long, knee-length or short? Block colour or patterned?

Theory on a connection between Michael Myers and Tommy…

This may have been mentioned before…

Watch as Tommy is leaving school early in the movie and the kids are picking on him, saying he’s going to be gotten by the Boogeyman.

Michael is watching from afar. When the kids leave Tommy after he’s tripped up his pumpkin, Michael grabs one of the kids, then proceeds to follow Tommy, but not with an intent of causing harm.

Could it be that Michael sees himself in Tommy? Perhaps Michael was picked on when he was a kid, and this, combined with the fact that young Michael and Tommy have some similarities in terms of how they look, could have led to this.

Scariest moment in any movie (doesn’t necessarily have to be a jump scare)

I imagine that this has been done to death, so I do apologise.

Top moments for me are:

  1. ‘I saw her face‘ - The Ring 2002 - I genuinely don’t think anything has ever scared me so much. The image is burnt into my brain.
  2. The whole movie - Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1974 - the only movie I’ve never ever been able to finish due to how gritty, raw, and disturbing it is.
  3. The girl in The Grudge - never watched the movie, but still find the girl terrifying!
  4. Zelda - Pet Sematary 1989 - the book’s description is bad enough, but the movie just brings it to life. I‘m 20 now and still scared of Zelda!
  5. Creepy woman - Insidious 2010 - I can’t quite remember the exact scene, it’s as the dad goes into the Further, and the camera suddenly cuts to a creepy smiling woman.
  6. The guy standing in the corner at the end - Blair Witch Project 1999 - how could something so simple terrify me so much, even as a modern audience?
  7. The woman in the photographs - Insidious 2010 - the way the woman moves closer in each photograph sent literal chills down my spine when I first watched it at age 14.
  8. The lawnmower scene - Sinister 2012 - just the jump scare, you expect it but also don’t! In fact, I think the whole movie is disturbing!
  9. Michael’s POV - Halloween 1978 - combined with the soundtrack, and then the restricted view when he puts the clown mask on, so scary!
  10. The car scene - Psycho 1960 - ok, hear me out. The POV, the look on her face, and the music is one of the most anxiety-inducing moments in any movie.

Which is the best ‘Halloween’ pumpkin intro?

Halloween (1978) is the most nostalgic. The pumpkin itself is a bit more ’boring’ compared to later movies, but it is still a classic, and the music is the best.

Halloween II (1981) contains a similar sort of pumpkin, which opens up to reveal a skull, which provides a refreshing change to the first one. Definitely is a bit more creepy.

Halloween III (1982) I would say is the ‘worst’. It is certainly creative and modern by making the pumpkin computerised, but it isn’t in-keeping with the others.

Halloween (2018) - probably a controversial opinion, but I like this one. I feel it pays homage to the original by having a rotting pumpkin be resurrected, similar to the one in the 1978 version.

Halloween Kills (2021) I feel isn’t as memorable as the others, although there being multiple pumpkins on fire is cool!

Halloween Ends (2022) seems to link back to Halloween III with the blue font, and the use of the different creepy pumpkins is effective!

All in all, I’d say best to worst:

  1. Halloween (1978)
  2. Halloween (2018)
  3. Halloween II (1981)
  4. Halloween Ends (2022)
  5. Halloween Kills (2021)
  6. Halloween III (1982)

Looking to make a spooky themed buffet for my family for Halloween!

I live in the UK, so unfortunately we’re more limited for decorations than in the US.

I’m thinking of doing a standard Halloween buffet - pumpkin-shaped pizza, pumpkin and ghost-shaped potato and sweet potato fries, Nutella pastry ghosts, mummy garlic breadsticks etc. It’s easy to get Halloween-themed bowls and plates etc. where I am.

But I’d also like to do is have movie-themed snacks e.g. Halloween, Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream etc. and focussing on two movies - the two movies we’d be watching.

An example would be cupcakes with chocolate decorations of the characters e.g. Michael Myers using chocolate molds (got this inspo from Instagram!) But I’m a bit stuck for decoration ideas for the movies, especially given being in the UK.

For Halloween, for example, I’d thought of a ’Welcome to Haddonfield‘ sign, or for A Nightmare on Elm Street, a prop of Freddy Krueger’s hand. But it’s quite difficult to get mildly-decent quality things for a good price.

Does anyone have any suggestions at all please? I know it’s really early but I’m thinking if I buy things earlier, it’ll be cheaper, and avoids the crazy postage times.

I used to think that Britney was three different women in the Toxic music video… did anyone else?

The flight attendant, the biker, and the woman with red hair - I used to think they were three separate women when I was on a dumb kid watching on the buffering family PC on Vevo.

Did anyone else?

Does anyone else fear hotel showers because of the temperature controls?

When I was younger my shower had a malfunction and suddenly spat out very hot followed shortly by very cold water (we then realised it was broken.) Fortunately due to my quick reflexes I got out the way before the hot water damaged me, but it left me very afraid of unknown showers because of the temperature controls.

For example, whenever I go to a hotel, I have to ask someone else to set the temperature for me, as I’m frightened of if the shower suddenly released extremely hot water and burns my hands/arms. I avoid changing the temperature myself in case of it being really sensitive and suddenly going boiling or freezing.

Does anyone else experience this or is it just me?

I used to think Lady Gaga was a different person in each music video…

Was it just me who thought this?

For example, within the Bad Romance music video, she looks like she could be around 4 different people. And in the Alejandro video, from the same era, she looks completely different.

This doesn’t count the Born This Way era, Artpop era etc where she looks even more different.

I’m guessing it’s just makeup and stuff but I feel like little me was going crazy trying to explain to my parents that Lady Gaga was a different person in every scene lol.

Acne has gotten worse after 3 years of using Zineryt on doctor’s advice

In the UK if that makes any difference. Currently aged 20.

My acne has never ceased - it did get better but never ceased. I’m not fussed about getting rid of it permanently, I’d be happy with a reduction in it.

I’ve experienced acne since I was probably around 13-14 so I had various over the counter things, most of which made it worse.

So my doctor prescribed Zineryt to me over 3 years ago, and have been prescribing it ever since, as the acne has never fully gone away. I assume it has lost its efficiency as my acne has gotten worse over time.

Originally I was prescribed Benzoyl Peroxide but I experienced a reaction from it. They also prescribed oral antibiotics, but took me off those as they weren’t working.

I can’t go on accutane due to the potential side effects. Just at a bit of a loss as to what to do. Do I stop taking Zineryt for a couple weeks and then restart it? Every time I go to the GP they just give me Zineryt perhaps coupled with oral antibiotics which don’t do an awful lot.

My acne mainly consists of papules and pustules on my cheeks and jaw (along the cheekbone and jawline) and it makes the skin really red and angry.

I haven’t posted on this sub before, so please forgive me if I’ve missed out any crucial details.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

Your top five favourites areas of the map that you would live in?

  1. Fern Ridge - Catalina’s house overlooking the river, mountains and forest looks like something straight out of Appalachia
  2. Mullholland - enough said, the mansions have such good views over Los Santos
  3. Leafy Hollow - my favourite ‘farm’ in the game
  4. El Castillo del Diablo - the eerie ghost town vibes are so cool
  5. Prickle Pine - good vibes, near the golf club and the desert, the safe house there is one of the best in the game!
