President Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump was targeted in an ASSASSINATION plot by an Iranian IRGC-trained terrorist
This may explain why President Trump rushed back to DC this afternoon instead of visiting his 11th grandchild!

Hate crimes are ridiculous because all violent crimes are hateful by nature.
Every assault, murder, or robbery stems from the perpetrator's hatred of the victim's life, rights, or existence, making bias-based enhancements an arbitrary legal fiction that elevates some victims over others while ignoring that all violence is equally despicable regardless of the exact motive.
But, the application of these laws actually breed hate for "protected classes" because the law gives more protection to one group instead of equal protection under the law.
I wish this was a joke.
I hope we can hold on to both chambers and get a new leader in the Senate that will work with President Trump.
Last night, Republicans won by 18% statewide in Georgia.
This is a shift of +16 ➡️ to 🟥 Republicans‼️
That means that the midterms will be 🟥 GOP+20‼️‼️
Red MAGA wave incoming‼️
To figure out what generation of Tundra is currently owned by the most people in this sub, I thought I should just ask. 😁
My Canon R6 Mark II offers a 40fps electronic burst with full AF and AE tracking via Dual Pixel AF II.
It tracks subjects more reliably than Sony's masked hybrid AF, so you capture fast action without missing critical moments in wildlife, sports, or video.
Also, with the Dual Pixel RAW on my Canon R6 II, I can tweak focus and bokeh after the shot, which is something even the latest Sony cameras simply can't do.
And, no, aftermarket software cannot replicate Canon's Dual Pixel RAW tweaks on Sony files.
Canon's proprietary Dual Pixel CMOS AF II uses phase-detect autofocus on every pixel to deliver smoother and more reliable subject tracking for action, wildlife, and video than Sony's masked-pixel system.
Your Canon R6 Mark II can correct focus breathing directly in the camera when using Canon RF lenses.
Focus breathing is the slight unwanted zoom effect that happens as the lens changes focus, and it is especially noticeable in video. Sony cameras require you to try to either crop the frame or fix the problem later using video editing software, which doesn't always work or work well.
Canon’s color science produces more natural and flattering skin tones than Sony’s typically clinical rendering.
Photographer Usman Dawood reached this conclusion after direct side-by-side testing in “Is Sony’s Color Science Really That Bad?,” Petapixel, October 9, 2018.
He wrote that Canon “does a significantly better job when it comes to skin tones and is overall more accurate too,” while Sony files often add unflattering yellow and green tones.
The same advantage was examined in depth by reviewer Dan Havlik in “Canon Skin Tones vs Sony Skin Tones: Which Are Better?,” Shutterbug magazine, July 31, 2019.
And, no, nothing has changed lately with the latest versions of Sony's sensors.
Photographer Adam Waheed concluded this in “Sony vs Canon: Which is Best Choice for Photographers 2026,” RetouchingZone.com, January 20, 2026.
He states Canon delivers “perfect” skin tones with a consistent, pleasing glow regardless of skin type—an edge Sony does not match as consistently.
I'm considering getting this coverage that is supposed to cover full fair replacement value, but I'm interested in the experience people have had with them.
I'm just a hobbyist and don't want to cover this stuff on my homeowners insurance.
Apparently they don't go at humans normally, but they do go after spiders.
Could this be a good wasp?
I've tried exiftool, running a power shell command window within the folder that contains exiftool and a couple other apps that claimed that they could tell me.
But, after a couple of hours, I'VE GOT NOTHING for my efforts.
Can someone here PLEASE tell me how to get my shutter count?
I've got this old Hardigg case from a military surplus store that I want to use for transportation of my camera(s) and lenses and finally figured out the type of foam I want, but I would really like to see some examples of what other people have put together.
The foaming plan to use (not what's in it currently) is called Cross Linked Polyethylene Foam, Black, 4 lbs/cu. ft.
I think I want to run 2" thick around the exterior walls, but might go with 1" inside the case so it doesn't eat too much space inside the case.
Has anyone here ever built up a case like this for their gear like this?
I think it's supposed to have a large viewing window in the rear, but I can't find any pictures of it or any reviews of it on YouTube.
Am I crazy for thinking about if I should sell my Sigma 60-600 because I have the 1.4x and 2x teleconverters with my Canon L lenses that run 70-200?
I'm getting cabin fever and haven't been able to go out to compare the image quality between these options.
I'm mostly wheelchair bound and it's not easy for me to drive 2 hours one way to where I can actually put this to the test for myself on my Canon R6 Mark II.
I do love that the Sigma works fine with the Canon teleconverters, even if it does soften the image, because I can't afford anything else with that type of reach... (Unless I'm simply unaware of something similarly priced to the Sigma that is sharper or faster.)
I was alerted to this update availability when I opened the Canon Camera Connect app on my android phone.
It's installing on my camera now, but thought others might not know about this release yet.
🙂👍
