First attempt at staining — I’m trying to match the handrail to the existing steps. Both have Minwax Provincial as the stain. If I stain the handrails again, will it be too dark ? I also stained a small block of wood of the same wood (oak)
I’m a little OCD about my guestroom. I have the following
- air purifier ( doubles as a white noise maker)
- extra blankets / pillows
- small basket with toiletries ( guest room is close to a bathroom with a shower) ear plugs etc
- tv ( Netflix , Amazon prime, Hulu)
- wifi QR code
- laundry basket
- full length mirror
- under bed storage drawers
- bed has built in USB for phone chargers
- I have a smart light switch but I don’t have an Alexa because I don’t want people weirded out by it

Applied for TSA precheck at our local Office max. The fingerprint reader could not read my fingerprints. Tried and tried over again .
The store associate said expect to get a text message in the next 3 days for your in-person appointment at our closest airport so they can manually take your finger prints. Its such a pain to park at the airport but anyways,
I paid the $85 and left.
A week goes by and no text message so I called the number they gave me. A live person came on quickly and asked for my information. "oh yeah, youre approved, here is your KTN" Has this happened to you? I find it odd that I got approved without the fingerprints
I helped my wife sign up for an AA number 3 days ago. An AA number was created for her but I cannot add it to her who I have listed under as my travel companion. Does this take a few days ? Or is this a technical issue ? Any help ?

I have a fairly old Fitbit Inspire 2. I’ve had bad luck with bands since the ends of my unit have worn down and I can’t really attach bands to them since the pin in the band keeps on falling out. Any recommendations would be great
Before anyone gets excited, yes my furnace was designed for a MERV 16. It’s a Lennox high efficiency system with their PureAir system that has a MERV16 filter and uv-c light I get good air flow through it and haven’t destroyed any blower motors.
It did very well recently when we had those Canadian wildfires. I’m in Chicago and didn’t smell anything inside.
