Name of person who plays trombone 🪊

If the name of a person who plays trumpet is “trumpeter”, then why is the name of a person who plays trombone “trombonist” and not “tromboner”? 🤔

Why do superior courts overcharge people for filing forms?

Why do superior courts charge ~$200 to $300+ to file 2 pieces of paper such as an “answer to a breach of contract” form for people who are being sued for $10,000+? On top of that B.S., superior courts intentionally make the fee waiver request 4 pages and extremely difficult to completely and accurately fill out, knowing that most people will not spend 30 minutes to 60+ minutes completely and accurately filling out the 4 pages. So, most people have to pay the ridiculously expensive filing fee or they ultimately lose the case because they did not respond to the summons. Of course people can hire lawyers to help them with filling out all the paperwork and filing it for them, but most lawyers are scumbags who take money from people and won’t help defendants unless they pay another ridiculously expensive fee. I’m aware court employees need to be paid, but, ultimately, don’t kick people when they’re already down by overcharging them regarding filing fees!

Jeff Bezos says federal taxes should be eliminated for the bottom half of workers in the U.S.

I have a lot of respect for Jeff Bezos and what he accomplished with Amazon. Regarding his statement, I completely agree that federal taxes should be eliminated for the bottom half of workers in the U.S. What are your thoughts? 🤔

After discovering that Trump had the balls to sue the irs & the U.S. treasury department for about $10,000,000,000, I have deep respect and admiration for him now (no sarcasm).

Anybody else experience rude “customer service” from davinci resolve over the phone?

We called davinci resolve & their “customer service” associate was sarcastic, condescending, and hostile on the phone without any provocation from us. We were advised that “customer service” over the phone is only available for davinci resolve studio, and support for davinci resolve (the free version) is not offered. Anybody else experience sarcastic, condescending, and hostile “customer service” from davinci resolve phone associates? It seems “customer service” associates from davinci resolve forgot that manners maketh men 🧐
