Sudden jump to 12.3

Everything besides June 27th was @ the ER. 6/27 was routine ordered bloodwork by my NP. No one has ever brought it up. Either when it was a little low (7.8) or the jump to 12.3. Anyway, I have not gotten my PTH level checked yet. But w/out it, with a jump to this high, do you think I’ll end up having surgery?

Along w/ the vomiting (they attributed to my not yet officially dx’d gastroparesis), I also have a 1.2 cm kidney stone, & some others that are a lot smaller.

(Just had new bloodwork done yesterday, & completely forgot to ask for PTH, but will get a new calcium). So if it’s also around 12, & the 12.3 wasn’t a lab error, I’m definitely going to ask to have my PTH tested

What was the last thing that made you go NC? (Non-physical)

A family member is doing some tough things to other family members (that affects basically all of us) & another relative recommended I go NC. Am seriously considering it. No physical abuse going on (99.9% of the time-he did kinda grab my arm once, but I wouldn’t consider it anything I think, but anyway..). So yeah, I’m just wondering what people’s last straw was that finally made you go NC.
