One run in and I'm already a believer

I was skeptical of these right up until the moment I ran in them for the first time today. Even pulling them out of the box and trying them on for the first time, I didn't like the laces, the wide flare at the top of the tongue, the flimsy insoles. I swapped in a Currex arch support insole and that made a big difference. I envisioned these as more of a daily trainer than a speed shoe, but I set a PB 10k in these without even realizing it until my run was over. I was absolutely flying, and my legs feel as fresh as can be. And from what I've read, the foam only gets better as you break them in. These are like those Chinese EV's that are better than ours for a fraction of the price. I'm really excited to see what else they can do - my initial impression is there's probably not much they can't. Believe the hype.

[Wingfield] Coleman is in the end zone again on a broken play, and it’s another Willis masterpiece...Willis follows it up with a touchdown from the 2-yard to Malik Washington at the front pylon.

[Wingfield] Cam Miller’s best play of a camp is a 20 yard touchdown to Kevin Coleman. Protection holds, so does the coverage, he extends to his right, Coleman immediately breaks off his route and heads to the back corner pylon, Miller, on the move, drops it in the bucket in stride for 6...

[Wingfield] There's been more self-inflicted errors from the offense today than we've seen for most of camp. Malik missed Dulcich open on a short route to the perimeter. Then they tried to sweep Malik out but the DL blew up the play.

[Wingfield] Malik Washington has a step on Jason Marshall, but Willis’s throw is short and Marshall plays through it for the PBU. Not sure I’ve seen Malik leave a long ball short like that in 13 practices.

[Wingfield] Caleb Douglas's ability to set up and make explosive cuts, with his ability to high-point the football, has me pretty excited about his RZ potential.
