Ive been breaking out around my eyebrows more often and ive always used the james charles artistry palette (i know, but its such a good palette that i spent alot of money on) on my eyebrows to fill them in because i prefer powder on them. Now ive been getting alot more pimples on than before. Do you use palettes past the expiration date? I got this palette in 2019 so about 7 years ago. This is the only palette i use because it has every color i need and so easy for travel as well.

This is just an observation from what ive seen. I know there are infertile women in these situations as well. it feels like women in war torn countries or extreme poverty somehow end up pregnant and giving birth to multiple children. A great example is the amount of pregnant women in sudan right now in the middle of war with no access to healthcare . If they are being deprived of food and enduring extreme stress, how are they still able to get a period or be fertile where as women in first world countries are struggling with increasing amounts of infertility as the years go on and are told to just do lifestyle changes or take medications to regulate their cycles. Im not talking just because of the age thing because i know that plays a factor but women in their early 20’s are having issues in the west where women in there 20’s in extreme poverty are fine

Ive had hormonal acne for about three years and my face has definitely gotten better since cutting some things out my diet and changing lifestyles but a week before my period my acne around the jawline is the worse. I do get some pimples around my eyebrow and above lip as well regardless of the time of the month. When my acne was the worse, i was using a cleanser everyday i was switching between tatcha rice wash cleanser and vanicream cleanser. I want to get into proper skincare now (preferably Korean skincare). I have not used a cleanser in two years. All i use is the garnier sensitive skin micellar water every night with cotton pads to cleanse my face and water in the morning . I do wear makeup almost everyday st least concealer under my eyes so i use it as a makeup remover and cleanser in one i guess. I was wondering if i should include a cleanser as well and is it necessary. The only skincare products i have been using for the past 2 1/2 years is tretnoin , vanicream moisturizer, and micellar water

This something ive always had to do where i had to come up with a extravagant excuse to get myself out of a situation but i find myself doing this at 26. My parents are always invited to family get togethers or friends houses and make me tag along. Since i live with them, they make me tag along. They had a old friend ask the family to come over so my parents had forced me to go and i said no but not just no i had to fake being sick. I feel like i have no autonomy over decisions and if i do stand against them i have to lie

So theres a guy that i went to high school with who i still follow on instagram. He kind of gained a following (less than 15k followers) for being in the business space. He had a huge wedding last month and it was absolutely beautiful. He posted their first look and everything. From the looks of it, it looks like a monogamous relationship. They have been together for 8 years. As a woman, i love to see other women for inspiration for outfits and makeup and such so my explore page tends to be mostly beautiful women. When i go to click on the different models, he is always in their likes. At first i thought he knew them but nope. I was then curious and went to his ig following and he follows alot of ig models and if you click on these girls pages, he in their likes as of recent this week dating back to last year. I was shocked to say the least. His wife is absolutely stunning and looks better than these IG models hes liking pictures of. She seems to be a girlboss type of woman herself and does some small level modeling. Im wondering if she is one of those women that know and dont care hes doing this or if she is a super chill relaxed wife who doesnt keep up with what he does on social media because shes busy. My thought was even if they are in open relationship, the womens photos he is liking dont even live remotely near him and they are alot of lustful photos and OF promotion. Should i dm her or is this one of those not my business type of thing? I was even thinking of even creating a anonymous account to dm her but at the same time i dont know her i only know him. My thing is if i was in her place, i would absolutely want to know if i didnt already.

So my friend and i (both female) planned a 3 night trip next week and we both agree to disagree on a hotel in the area but even though it was cheaper by a couple hundred dollars, its in a very unsafe area. I agreed because of the money issues but im anxious to even go on this trip because of the intense crime and reputation it has on the area. She wants to walk around the shopping complexs near the hotel by foot and i just dont feel comfortable doing that. We dont even have a car with us. I understand money issues but i would pay the extra couple hundreds for my room, but i cant afford to be nice and offer to pay for both of ours but im paranoid just thinking about the area. The hotel itself has good security measures because of the crime but once you step out its apparently bad. I

Looking for a self tanner as someone with acne prone skin whats the best option? I have medium tone skin looking to even out my skintone

Im 25f and still bring treated like a teenager. I have no financial means or ways to move out. My room is separated from everyone’s in the corner of the house and its my safe space. I tend to stay in my room because it feels like my own private space. My mom always confronts me about it and always ask what im doing in there in weird stern tone that makes her suspicious. I dont drink or smoke, im not sexually active. Im not sure what she possibly thinks im doing in my room but she seems to insinuate it being sexual just by her tone. She always says what can you possibly be doing in there by yourself. Its like she wants me to be in her vicinity all the time. Im sick of it.

I would love to do facemasks (especially those sheet ones) and test out different types of facial products but instead im stuck with the boring products my dermatologist gave. I cant imagien the luxury of trying products without the fear of breaking out. Also if anyone has tried acne safe face masks let me know

As a chronically single person who has never been in a relationship, i genuinely cannot see myself being in a relationship and having to be vulnerable with someone and being available to them even when you are depressed. However, i have seen many people say that getting into a relationship helped their depression because their partner made them want a future and motivated them to look forward to life. I guess its the concept of having someone consistently check in on you that helps and feel less lonely. On the flip side, ive heard the opposite but is that because they haven’t found the right person

Im 26 and have been having this redness around my right aerola. There have been shooting pains that come and go only on that breast that feel different to normal hormonal changes. I feel like i also have pain in the back and shoulder muscles on the right side only feels like a shooting pain too. Ive had this dark spot on my aerola for months but it didn’t hurt and when i looked it up just said a Montgomery gland so i didnt think of it, this past week that area started to hurt bad and the entire breast was hurting too. Now the pain has died down, maybe occurs for on and off throughout the day. The redness around the area is new as well since this past week. It feels like someone is also pinching my right nipple. My right aerola looks bigger than the left one. I dont feel sick or have a fever not sure if i should book a obgyn appointment. I dont have kids and never breastfed. Theres no other redness on breast

Everyone around me tells me to invest in __ and prepare for retirement. Im only 26 so i know im young but i have to start thinking of my future. The problem is i truly dont think im going to live that long to see that money or need to worry about that.

This is just a random observation i have had but i had lost a bit of weight and “glow’d” up within the past years i havent posted anything social media within that time frame or none out. The only people who see me are my family and super close friends. I decided to go out in my hometown and ran into some people i knew of and they couldnt even recognize me and were making friendly jokes and insinuating that i look like this now because i got broken up with or trying to get back at someone. This is far from the truth because ive never even been in relationship and dont plan on to any time soon. I just found the gym to be a hobby and learning about style and makeup to be fun. I guess they couldnt fathom that someone wanted to improve on my health and appearance for myself and not for anyone else. I know it wasnt intentional but i dont want people to think i look better now to get back at someone
