What are you guys reading currently?!

I’m reading Everything is Tuberculosis - John Green, hoping to finish by the time my station arrives.

For people asking about the train and the train route, it’s Vande Bharat from Siliguri to Guwahati

(serious post) regarding Mutual Fund

22 here, i have been doing sip from 19yo.. initially i had very little knowledge about MF.. my bank relationship manager who started my sip in hdfc bank with through regular growth and whatever i used to save from my pocket money I invested in other MFs

After two such years, I completely redone my MF portfolio which did impact my returns and time horizon

Now with handful of MF knowledge i started investing

Risk Appetite - HIGH

Goal - by the time i turn 30 i want to have a portfolio of 1cr only in MF including profit

Horizon - long term (25-30years)

Allocation - i have done lumpsum in parag parik, and currently i invest 11k monthly in two funds
6k in hdfc focused and 5k dsp (and whenever the nav goes down i put lumpsum in parag parik) which by the end of this year i want to invest 20-25k monthly in 5 MFs

App used - grow

Why these funds - parag parik do i need to explain? 🙂

Hdfc focused 30 fund - is mostly large cap which gives me hedge in the long term aspect

Many would argue about thematic and sectoral fund
But i have done a thorough research in healthcare sector and even there is personal bias regarding this sector (whatever happens in the world, healthcare is not going anywhere)

And i did compare dsp with peers, checked historical returns, rolling returns, all ratios

DSP and SBi tops the list why i choose dsp because it has US exposed stocks too

Now… I don’t want to have more than 5 MFs

What i need advice on is

SMALL CAP AND MID CAP/multi cap with investment distribution ration (70:30) respectively

I am going with high risk appetite till i reach 30yo

I also read that in the long run mid cap outperforms small cap

So these is all

Please give ur advice, feedback or correction i need to do.. thank you

Let me know how does this look

22 here.. i started doing sip from 19yo with whatever pocket money i used to get

The initial two years i had not much knowledge about MF.. and my bank relationship manager did 5k sip in 5 hdfc through regular

Then after two years i completely redone my mutual fund portfolio

Now i have a monthly 11k sip… in two funds only hdfc 6k and dsp 5k
And parag parik i did lump sum( i keep adding whenever the nav is falling)

Now i do have a little more knowledge about MF but still would like ur advice

My goal is by the end of this year make my sip amount 20-25k and a total of 5 mutual funds only

there is a sectoral fund.. which is healthcare.. i know people don’t like sectoral or thematic funds

But i did research on healthcare.. and even my gut says.. whatever happens in the world healthcare is not going anywhere..

So now i want to add one small cap and one either mid cap or multi cap fund in a ration of 70:30 respectively (but then people says in the long run mid cap gives better returns than small cap)

I want to go little aggressive till i become 30yo

That said let me know guys which small and mid cap should i go with

And any advice opinion or correction u would like to give

Please do!!! I want to learn from ur experiences
Thank you

Crazy tea deta hu tumhe

Y’all ever met someone at the wrong time but the perfect moment?
3 months ago I was travelling in a train alone. Side lower seat. Earphones in. Typical sad-boy cinematic vibes 💀
At around midnight this girl boarded from some random station because apparently her original seat got changed last minute. She sat opposite me.
No makeup. Messy hair. Oversized hoodie.
But bro… the aura???
We didn’t talk at first. Just those awkward eye contacts every few minutes.
Then out of nowhere she goes:
“You look like someone who listens to old songs and overthinks at night.”
EXCUSE ME??? 😭
That one sentence somehow turned into a 7-hour conversation.
We spoke about everything.
Bad relationships. Family pressure. Dreams we secretly gave up on. The kind of life we actually want.
At one point everyone in the coach was asleep and it genuinely felt like the world paused for us.
Morning came. Her station arrived.
Before leaving she smiled and said:
“Maybe in another life we’d meet earlier.”
And bhai… she left.
No Instagram. No number. Nothing.
But wait.
IT GETS WORSE 💀
Yesterday… after 3 whole months… I saw her again.
At my cousin’s engagement.
Holding hands with the groom.

Gotcha guys 😭
Sab bakchodi thi.
Thanks for wasting your time 💀

Where can i get Garlic vine and Flame Vine plant online?!

This is AI generated image

Please guide me, where to buy and any tips or inputs regarding maintainance would be appreciated
Location west bengal

I was thinking of going with bougainvillea, but because my boundary wall is quite low, I’m worried the thorns might scratch or hurt people. Any other climber or creeper suggestions?

A quiet, aromatic bedroom with the wind breezing in while Clair de lune by Debussy plays softly in the background
Me lying on my couch, tucked beneath a soft cotton shawl, drowning in my book.

Yeah, that’s it
A life I yearn for.

If there’s one thing Ekta Kapoor truly got right, it was Yeh Hai Mohabbatein…

I grew up watching this show… it was my absolute favourite.

Every day after studies, my mom and I would leave everything and tune in at 7:30 PM.

Man, after so many years, watching it again gave me an insane dopamine hit.

No TV couple can come close to the bond Ishima and Raman had.

And man kya sundar divyanka tripathi isme thi yaarr☺️☺️
