Is there a way to tell if someone went to Navel Rock using the legitimate Mystery Gift way, or by using GameShark / Pomeg Berry glitches?

Bought a used copy of Emerald and previous owner didn't erase their save file; went through it and they have Ho-Oh and Lugia, both met at Navel Rock, not through a trade.

My question is, is there a way to check / confirm that they were obtained using a legit Mystery Gift and not using glitches or GameShark? What can I check in the game to see what method they used to obtain the ticket required to go to Navel Rock?

Employee tried to snatch my phone and more cause of my shoes…

I didn’t realize the shoes I was wearing were not acceptable, (shown in video) I checked out and got scanned out by a different employee and this guy comes out of nowhere as I’m two steps away from leaving the warehouse to load up and starts snatching the cart away from me and cursing, started recording after some back and forth.

I could have done better in the situation but there I absolutely no reason for any of this to have happened, he was very very aggressive. He said I got told twice to not where those shoes, he’s talking about when I went into the warehouse 5 minutes before and then when he saw me.
