I was baptized and received first communion. My grandmother does not think my baptism counted since I was 6 and had no sins and doesn’t believe in first communion. She wants to be baptized again fully submerged and I’m not ok with that. She wants to teach me the Bible and wants me to read Ellen White’s book which idk why considering this woman is not even in the Bible.

Should I just continue into this profession?

The collabs are so better and on point, they’re cheaper, and they have more of a variety. Why haven’t I seen this company sooner?? They got better disney collabs!

I started at GC in June and I’ve been improving in my haircutting skills after not using my license at all since I got it. I wanna give this job at least 6 months before I start looking somewhere else. I haven’t been treated poorly yet (except by customers) but I have noticed that it’s a toxic environment so far based on what my coworkers have been saying about the manager. So far the only negativity has been the customers and their rude ass attitude towards new stylists. I’m sure there’s rude people everywhere but what’s laughable is them expecting a 5 star haircut at a chain salon.

I get paid every other Tuesday but how many days is counted in that paycheck?

I started a month ago at Great Clips and today was the first day that I called off due to really bad pain in my legs. And now I feel guilty because only one stylist is working on the floor:/ I honestly think it’s a really bad set up.

Do you fill out the form or just text the manager?

would it be wise starting off with paying amazon prime with it since I’ve already been paying for it monthly?

I’ve had customers who are “worried” about the amount of questions they get asked when referring to the notes and didn’t know stylists use a “cheat sheet” or whatever the hell that means. It is called NOTES. It tells me what you got last time. The way people think your stylist is gonna know what to do automatically without talking to them is insane.
