What is this in my atom Kha soup?

Hey everyone,
I frequently get the Tom Kha soup from my local Thai place and I have always wondered what this was in there.
I’ve never had the courage to actually eat it.
It’s like firm but it is bendy sort of.
Seems fibrous.
All it says on the website is mushroom, onion, and chicken but this is neither of those.
So what is it?

Just opened a jar of nutella, what is this?

Bought in January~, BB is November

If it helps, I live in Australia and this has been sitting in my pantry since I bought it. House is generally pretty cold especially the past couple months. It doesn't look like mold? It's squishy to the touch and reminds me of when oil cools on your cooking pan but i just wanted to ask in case someone had seen this before and knows its fine. I'm sick and just wanted some toast now that i finally have a new toaster :')

Looking for a cheese name for this sweet rescue boy

We already have a Mozzarella and a Gouda, and we're looking to turn our cheese duo into a trio.

This boy is a super cuddly purr box with fluffy black smoke fur and pretty orange eyes.

Thanks for your help!

Microwavable Edamame

Just bought a box of edamame from costco and there appears to be a worm in the edamame when I peeled the pod.

Just a caution for anyone buying edamame at costco to double check before you snack on them.

Weird stuff in my self-tanning mousse

i rarely use self-tanner and had kept this bottle in a drawer laying on its side for around 7 months after using it twice. i recently pulled it out and didn’t notice all of this stuff floating inside until the next day, even tried shaking the bottle to see if it would mix in. i assume this is no longer safe to use, but i’m curious what this is and what caused it?

What Did I Do Wrong?

First timer here! I was trying to make soap by reusing some oils from a failed batch (the lye I had got for it was liquid so I think it probably didn’t have enough lye for saponification?), so I redid the batch with a different thing of lye (solid this time) after draining out all the water. It solidified but had a thick layer of oil on top (like jell), and it looks weird. What happened?

Recipe: 20oz olive oil, 12oz coconut oil, 4.5oz lye, 12oz distilled water.
