Do raw farm beans go bad? (Stored beans in bags.)

These are not cooked in cans, they are raw in sealed plastic bags.

I have all sorts of beans, several years old, all stored in original grocery store / manufacturer plastic bags. Originally stored indoors in normal temperatures.

I will have to store them for several more years, also indoors, but in higher temperatures (non air-conditioned attic).

1. Are they still good?

2. Will they remain good stored in higher temperatures (non air-conditioned attic)?

3. Should I just throw them away?

I have my MP3/WAV songs and rough stems.

I need to get them on paper (digital / real paper / PDF / MusicXML) ... MP3s turned into Music Notation that I can give other HUMAN musicians to play live.

It can either be:

• Complete and detailed Music Notation for each instrument.
• Music Notation for THE MAIN music instrument(s).
• Cheat sheets for the major parts ... melody, chords, etc.
• Preferably in PDF and files for major music apps like MusicXML, Sibelius, Finale, Dorico, MuseScore, etc.

Who or what service or company do you recommend?

Are you getting ADVERTISEMENTS on your AI usage now?

Just a few days ago, I started getting ads on EVERY SINGLE AI query and answer ... and I'm a paid member.

They use trygravity.AI for ads.

I think this is extremely wrong to be getting ads when you pay for a service ... plus the ads are targeted based on what I ask ... meaning no privacy.

How do I word-compare 2 Apple Pages documents? (MacOS App)

I did the classic mistake ... I copied my original to make a separate file for a separate purpose.

Let's say "OG" and "COPY" ... and I wasn't supposed to edit my "COPY" ... "COPY" was supposed to be more of a static archive.

Then I accidentally started editing my "COPY" as if it was my "OG". (Now OG and COPY have different edits.)

So I ended up with 2 slightly different versions of the same document, with some edits on the wrong one.

So now I need to word-compare my "COPY" so I can put those new edits into my "OG" as intended.

How can I word-compare 2 Pages documents, so I can get them to 100% match again?

(I can't just change file names, because both files got worked on separately and now have different edits. And now I need to match those edits.)

How do I make a "Rap Battle" with two different voices?

I want to have two different male characters / male vocals ... possibly even two different styles to really show the separation.

BACKGROUND:

Been saving up for a co-op.

Some 1BRs/2BRs I looked at are 100% cash only paid in full.

Others are not, and vary, from 10% down, etc.

My point is ... so I've been saving up to pay in 100% cash, plus I just feel safer as overall employment/economy/future today is up/down/uncertain (talking about the world in general ... have you been watching the news?).

So I figure it is best to live cheaper, smaller, and without debt ... so I can always afford/pay no matter what happens.

QUESTION:

For the other co-ops that DO NOT require 100% cash ... If I pay cash in full and 1 year of HOA in advance ... will it make the approval process quicker and easier?

(Or should I save up more than 1 year of HOA? What is a good amount of HOA to pre-pay to help the approval process?)

On my iPhone SE 2 I keep getting a popup "Cannot Verify Server Identity" ... how do I get rid of this?

I think it is from an old app that the iOS keeps trying to download, but the app doesn't show and I cannot find it to delete it.

I go to my apps and it isn't shown or listed. I go to hidden apps and it's not there.

I click "details" on the popup and it doesn't say what app it is (but I think I know which), it just shows the expired/bad certificate.

What can I do?

For those that have an outdoor seasonal heated pool ... when is it open?

I am looking at several co-ops, some have an "outdoor seasonal heated pool" ... what months/dates are they usually open to swim in?

Are the dates designated?

Do they drain the pool in winter, or cover it?

Or do they heat the water all year-round, and you just swim whenever you feel the weather is good?

(For example, NYC public outdoor unheated pools are only open for summer June 27 to Sept. 7)

Would the co-op usually keep their outdoor pool heated/open longer?

If a co-op has a "No Pied-a-Terres" rule ...

Can I own 2 co-op units in the same building (might be same floor or different floors) or 2 buildings nearby each other?

(As in, not a vacation home, not 2 homes in different cities or states, and not trying to hide an extra home.)

I'd be living in both daily ... using both for more space/home office.

Say I start with a small 1-BR (or studio) ... and then years later I save up (and my career increases so I can afford more) and I want to upgrade and get another unit so I have more space/home office, but the unit is in the same building or in a nearby building (same neighborhood or even just a block away)?

Do I need to sell my original unit?

(Often 2 adjoining units are not available to combine.)

I would live and "work from home" in both units daily, traveling between both units daily. (They'd be in the same building or 2 nearby buildings on same block.)

I'd live at both units, so they'd just be extensions of a home, basically a home and home office split between two units.

(Home office is just desk/studio work, so I won't have outside guests/no renters/no sub-letters/no customers/no strangers ... just me working/living.)

(I ask, because eventually I'll need a home office, and sometimes 2-BRs or 3-BRs are not available or are incredibly more expensive than two 1-BRs, plus selling the original unit can take months to over a year, tying up the funds until sale.)

(Yes, in some buildings a 2-BR is actually 3X the price and less sqft of two separate 1-BRs ... so two 1-BRs actually makes more economical and sqft sense.)
